4 4 JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group Tokyo 東京 International visitor arrivals to Japan in January and February of 215 increased by 42.8% as compared to the same period last year. This increase was attributed to the Chinese New Year holidays in February. 5 Hotel Market Update Japan 5 Osaka 大阪 The Osaka hotel market continues to realise an upturn trend. RevPAR during the first two months of 215 improved by more than 3% as compared to the same time last year. Regional Economy Vitalization Corporation, a private equity fund sponsored by the Japanese government, announced to sale of Granvista Hotels & Resorts to Sankei Building and J-Will Partners.
