Carrier Information transfer This parameter indicates carrier information. Applied congestion control This parameter indicates the one or more criterion of criteria information congestion control applied to the call at the one of preceding exchanges. Emergency Call Indicator This parameter indicates that the call is emergency call and is additionally specified.
