Vol.52, No.2 ( ),p Abstract 部分入札方式下のIPOの公開価格が適正値付けされていることを示す強力な証拠が金子 (2007) によって提示されているにもかかわらず, 同方式下のIPOは平均で11% 強の高い初期収益率を生み出しているこの事実は逆選択仮説に代表される過小値付け理論ではうまく説明されない本稿では, これまで無視されてきたI POとPO( 既公開企業による株式発行 ) の投資家から見た違いに着目した新たな解釈を提示するすなわち, ある企業により間もなく発行される株式のビッド価格を聞かれた投資家にとって, いまの市場価格がわかっているPOと, わかっていないIPOとでは, 答え方に決定的な違いが生じる市場価格は当該企業の妥当な株価水準に関する投資家の平均的意見を反映して決まると仮定するなら, いまの平均的意見が不正確にしかわからないIPO 株に投資する場合, 投資家はビッド価格を自分の意見より低めに提示することでプレミアムを要求するであろうこの解釈に従うと, 初期収益率の高さを説明する上で本質的に重要な要因は, 情報の非対称性ではなく, 投資家の平均的意見の不正確性ということになる Notes 論文 Genre Journal Article URL
