2 REPORT OF RESEACH MATSUYAMA SHINONOME JR.COL.Vol.43,2013 Preliminary study to consider the food education techniques Sakae NISHIMURA, Ikuyo HENMI, Saori SHIMADA and Kazumi DOKAI Matsuyama Shinonome Junior College Kuwabara, Matsuyama University of Kochi Ike, Kochi Mimasaka University Kitazono, Tsuyama (Received Nov. 30, 2012) Summary In this study, the investigation of the meal content that used the Japanese Food Balance Guide Spinning Top and the questionnaire survey concerning eating habits were conducted on 246 students (246 women) in the Ehime prefecture (127 students) and Kochi prefecture (119 students) that were in young adulthood. Then, the effectiveness of the Japanese Food Balance Guide Spinning Top as the nutrition education technique was examined, and the following results were obtained. The result of the investigation that used the Japanese Food Balance Guide Spinning Top, out of five meal categories complying with the guide grain dishes, vegetables, milk and dairy products, and fruit showed deficient and imbalanced tendency. Especially, fruits (95.5%), milk and dairy products (80.9%), and vegetables (87.0%) were relatively higher frequencies of deficient condition than other categories. As a result of the investigation of undernourished conditions defined by the Guide, examined young women indicated total of 29.1% of undernourished in any meals and 19.9% of them indicated not taking breakfast. The main reasons of untaken breakfast were no time to take meals (66.2%), no appetite (23.9%), troublesome to prepare breakfast (8.5%), to reduce its weight (1.4%), and no habit to take breakfast (1.4%). The questionary investigation indicated that the intake of vegetable was 40.6%, undernourishment of vegetable was 41.0% and unexplained was 18.4%. In the vegetable intake peoples of living together someone group was 36.4%, that of single life group was 46.5%. It showed relatively higher frequency in single life group rather than in living together someone group, however, there was no significant difference. The peoples of refrain fat consumption was 36.8%, and not refrain those was 43.9%, and unexplained was 19.3%. In living together someone group the percentage of refraining fat consumption was 30.1% and that of single life group was 46.5%. It indicated statistically significant difference between two groups (chi -square-test, p<0.01)

In live together someone group the percentage of I am thinking was 86.7%, and that of single life group was 89.1%. As a result of the investigations, in order to improve correct eating habits of young adulthood using the Guide for food education techniques. Also, reconfirm of present food habit would be able to provide recognition problems of food habits in young adulthoods and it suggested that is useful manner to gain necessary information about improvemets of eating habits.

6 青年成人期にある若年者の食生活調査第３報図２愛媛県Ｅ高知県Ｋ在住学生の食事バランスガイドによる欠食の状況図３愛媛県Ｅ高知県Ｋ在住学生の食生活に関するアンケート朝食の状況についてで６６２次に食欲がないが２３９であり朝食の学生の食に関する実態意識調査報告書９においてももっ準備が面倒８５減量のため食べる習慣がないと寝ていたいから身支度などの準備で忙しいからがそれぞれ１４という結果であったなどと回答した者の割合が高く本調査結果と同様の傾朝食を含む欠食率については中国四国地区学生の欠向が見られた身体面での健康状態自己評価と欠食食率が女性同居１８７女性一人暮らし２０８の関係では健康であると回答している者ほど欠食の朝食以外の欠食率が女性同居９４女性一人暮ら頻度が低い傾向にあることが報告されており９欠食の状し７９であるのに対し６本研究の対象者では朝食を況と食や健康に対する関心度などとの関連性についても含む欠食率が同居群２３８一人暮らし群１４１朝食以今後検討していく必要があると考えられる外の欠食率が同居群８２一人暮らし群１１１であり３食生活に関する意識について同居群で朝食を含む欠食率が高い傾向にあり一人暮らし群で朝食以外の欠食率が高い傾向にあった県別では野菜の摂取について食べていると回答した者は４０６高知県在住学生の方が欠食率が高い傾向にあった食べていないが４１０わからないが１８４であっ朝食を食べない理由については前回調査結果７８と同た食べていると回答した者は同居群で３６４一人様に全体的に時間がないという回答が多かった大暮らし群で４６５と一人暮らし群でやや高い傾向が見ら２７
