Sul volo di oggi vi guidiamo attraverso i colori e sapori della cucina dell Emilia Romagna. Due sono le Regioni dalle quali è composta: Regioni confinanti che hanno avuto destini e culture assai diverse, tanto da caratterizzarne anche l arte della cucina. L Emilia con una gastronomia opulenta, solida, saporita, la Romagna con una cucina divisa in sostanzialmente in tre settori: quello marino, quello delle campagne e quello delle carni L Emilia - Romagna è la terra della cucina ricca e fantasiosa dove il carattere gioviale e generoso della gente si manifesta soprattutto a tavola: piatti dai colori decisi e dai gusti intensi, degni di un popolo di veri e propri buongustai. Famosa è l ospitalità degli emiliano romagnoli, secondo i quali è un sacro dovere far sentire l ospite a proprio agio. On today s flight we will guide you through the colours and taste of the cuisine of Emilia Romagna. This is made up of two regions: bordering regions which have had quite different destinies and cultures, to the extent of this colouring also their art of cooking. Emilia with its rich, filling and tasty food, Romagna whose cuisine is basically split into three sectors: food from the sea, from the countryside and meat.
