5 Quality Assurance System The achieves reliable quality assurance with a strict inspection structure from materials to products. Our products have widely gained solid trust from users. This is thanks to our established quality assurance system consistently applied to the material and every subsequent phase. The system has been made available due to the establishment of production technology capable of meeting diversified quality requirements and the quality control system where all the reliable and accurate testing equipment is used in combination. In the final inspection phase, in particular, eddy-current inspections, hydraulic/pneumatic pressure tests and other various tests are conducted by skilled personnel, which greatly contribute to providing reliable, quality products. Hydraulic pressure test A predetermined level of hydraulic pressure is applied to the inner surface of a steel pipe to check that the pipe can withstand the pressure without causing any leakage. Pneumatic pressure test A predetermined level of pneumatic pressure is applied to the inner surface of a steel pipe until the pipe goes under water, to check that it causes no leakage. Eddy-current inspection An overcurrent is generated on a pipe to check for any defect by examining the changes in electric signals. Shipping inspection Pipe tensile testing machine Equipped with a state-of-the-art automatic tensile test machine, the works accurately assesses the quality standard and maintains high reliability of products.
