3 Itiswell-knownthatpeopleare infected with malariavia mosquitos called Anopheles spp. The present paper describes the distribution of malaria on earth, historyofthedisease, biology, lifecycle, syndrome, preventionandtreatment. To beginwith, thesewereshowninthispaper. Basedonthepresentstudies, infectionofpeoplewiththemalariaresponsible fortheenormoussocialandeconomicdisadvantagesinjapanwasmadeclearwith theactiontobetakenforthepreventionproposed. Wehavetobecareful, takingthefollowingaction. Asthefirstprevention, wehavetoavoidthebitesbymosquitos. Second, earlierdiagnosesincludingthe identificationofthespeciesofthemalarialparasite s andtheearlierappropriate treatment are essential. And third, when the patients are administered antimalarial drugs, careshouldbetakensothattheymightbepreventedfromtherelapseand recrudescenceofthemalariabasedonthemostappropriatetreatment. WHO
