Cuvée des Enchanteleurs is created mainly from grapes harvested in selected Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, and then matured for more than a decade to develop into the very best Champagne. Louis Latour is a renowned negotiant that exports wines to every corner of the globe. Quince and pear nuances, cultured butter and the pleasant aroma of oak with hints of cinnamon. This is an intense, complex dry wine exuding myriad flavors, at times mineral, salty and smoky. Grapes harvested in 2012 boasted a high sugar concentration. Consequently, this treat from the "Sous le Puits" is particularly suited to seafood, chicken and pork dishes with creamy sauces. The winemaker, Bernard Magrez, owns more than 30 vineyards located throughout the world. With his roots in Bordeaux, all of his wines carry the same message of his mission to craft wines with passion and rarity. Sense the hints of cosmos flowers in this medium-bodied, dry wine along with ripe citrus and passion fruit that are in perfect harmony and balance with the gentle nuance of vanilla and a touch of saltiness. 6 WHITE WINE 白ワイン Germany Terra Montosa Riesling trocken 2014 (Georg Breuer) テラモントーサリースリングトロッケン 2014 ( ゲオルグ ブロイヤー ) その昔 ドイツの辛口ワインが世界で評価されていた時代がありました その後 甘口のイメージがついてしまったドイツワインですが 現在のドイツ辛口ワインの質の高さを証明する一人がラインガウ地方のゲオルグ ブロイヤーです 急斜面という意味を持つテラモントーサという畑より 凝縮感があり かつ引き締まった味わいで リンゴや白い花 ホワイトペッパーの様な香りが漂う力強い辛口ワインを生産しています 味わいに清涼感があるので やや冷えている状態で食前酒としても 爽やかな前菜ともご一緒に美味しく頂けます It was not so long ago that dry wines from Germany had quite a good reputation. Yet, in recent years, German wine has ended up being synonymous with sweet wine. Today, there is one winemaker who may be just the person who can prove that Germany does produce superb dry wine: Georg Breuer, hailing from the Rheingau region. The Terra Montosa clos, situated on steep slopes that give the clos its name, produces grapes with a high sugar concentration that develop into powerful dry wines with a firm taste. Sense the whiffs of apple, white flowers and white pepper aromas. Cooling the wine slightly enhances its refreshing qualities, and makes it delicious as an aperitif or paired with a light, fresh appetizer. Japan Here Comes The Moon 2015 月を待つ 2015 ( ココ ファームワイナリー ) 北海道余市町で栽培されたケルナーという葡萄から 栃木県足利にある こころみ学園 のワイン醸造所 ココファーム ワイナリーにて醸造されたワイン 自然に寄り添いながら 様々なナチュラルテイストのワインを醸す生産者です アロマティックな香りが特徴的なワインで マスカットや柑橘類の風味が広がります 豊かで飲み応えのある口当たり ほんのり甘やかな果実味とフレッシュで自然な酸味とのバランスがとても良く 北海道の風土を感じる味わいです 魚介類の軽やかなお料理等と美味しく頂けます This wine is produced from the "Kerner" grape variety grown in the village of Yoichi, Hokkaido, by COCO Farm & Winery in Ashikaga, Tochigi Prefecture. This winery is associated with "Kokoromi Gakuen," a special school for intellectually-challenged people that is creating a variety of wines featuring natural flavors, mirroring the farm's environment-days spent working closely with nature through the seasons. "Tsuki wo Matsu (Here Comes the Moon)" features an exceptional aromatic nose that blossoms open with flavors of Muscat and citrus fruits. The exquisite balance of the wine's rich, sturdy palate, fruitiness accompanied by subtle sweetness and fresh, natural acidity evokes the climate of Hokkaido. 7 RED WINE 赤ワイン Bordeaux France CHÂTEAU TALBOT 2012 シャトー タルボ 2012 フランス ボルドーのサンジュリアン村の 4 級格付けのワインです 主要品種はカベルネソーヴィニョン この名門シャトーは常に安定したサンジュリアン村らしいスムースで バランスの良い味わいのワインを作り続けています カシスのような果実感と程よいハーブのニュアンス オークとのバランスの良い風味が特徴です 凝縮感とフレッシュさの共存する味わいで キメの細かい滑らかなタンニンが残す長い余韻をお楽しみください 食べ応えがあり しっかりとした脂の美味しさと一緒に楽しめるワインです 牛や子羊のステーキやロースト等と好相性です This Quatrième Grand Cru is created mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the village of Saint-Julien in Bordeaux. Chateau Talbot is a renowned chateau that consistently produces wines with a smooth, well-balanced palate that are classic Saint-Julien. The pleasant balance between the nuances of Cassis and subtle herbs, and the oak is the distinctive trait of this wine. Condensed and fresh flavors cohabit on your palate, and the fine, silky tannins linger in the afternote. It is rare to find a winery situated right in Beaune itself, and this domaine has a long, rich history of winemaking here. Upholding a style of charming fruitiness, this wine carries no overbearing nuances from the barrel, letting one enjoy the excellent expression of the terroir's true characteristics. We invite you to savor the elegant, fruity and delicate aromas derived from the Pinot Noir grapes, along with fresh acidity and understated tannins - expansive and complex flavors indicative of a Premier Cru clos. Ch.igai Takaha "SONO" Pinot Noir 2014 シャトー イガイタカハ " 園 " ピノ ノワール 2014 自身の家紋をワイナリー名にしたシャトー イガイタカハのフラグシップ赤ワインです 真の日本女性の強さは パワフル且つエレガント オーナー夫人である杉本美代子をイメージして造り上げました 園 の名は 旧姓である 園田 とニックネームだった SONO から パワフルリッチな Clone 37 を採用し サンタリタヒルズ特有の地質と気候 全房発酵によりエレガントさも実現 しっかりした果実味と上品な酸 ミネラル感が高い次元で融合している珠玉のワインです パーカーポイント 92 点など 多くのワイン評価機関からも高い評価を受けています Ch.igai Takaha was christened from the owner's family crest (Chigai-takaha: crossed hawk's feathers), and Sono is the chateau's flagship red wine. The true virtue of a Japanese woman is the coexistence of strength and elegance, and this wine was crafted in the image of the Madame of the chateau. Sono is her nickname, derived from her maiden name Sonoda. The wine is made of powerful, rich Clone 37 Pinot Noir grapes, and embodies the Santa Rita Hills inherent soil and climate. Its elegance is fostered through the whole-cluster fermentation method. In this exquisite gem of a wine, robust fruitiness, noble acidity and minerals are fused at the highest dimension. His Pinot Noir was highly acclaimed by the British wine critic, Jancis Robinson, which opened the door for him to enter the inner circle of the finest wine makers in the world. On this flight, we offer you an opportunity to savor Kusuda's Syrah that has been rapidly gaining an outstanding reputation globally, the same as its Pinot Noir sibling was blessed with beautiful weather that accelerated the grapes development. Conditions were perfect for Syrah, resulting in a sugar concentration that wasn t excessively high and the lovely sight of ripened grapes. 9 "The Passion of Japan" 日本の " 匠 " PREMIUM JAPANESE SAKE JUNMAI-DAI GINJYOSHU 純米大吟醸酒 Jyuyondai 十四代純米大吟醸 銘柄の由来は 現社長が十四代目の当主であることから来ています 日本酒の味の流行を 淡麗辛口 から 芳醇旨口 に変えたのは この蔵の功績と言われています 銘醸蔵の多い山形県の中でも 特に人気の高い蔵元です 特 A 地区東条産の山田錦を使用して醸した JAL 機内限定の逸品 やわらかくて芳醇な旨みが心地よさを感じさせます ( 高木酒造株式会社 / 山形県 ) This brand name originates from the brewery s current 14th generation president. Credited with successfully redirecting the trend in Japanese sake away from light, dry tastes to mellow, well-rounded tastes, this brewery is extremely popular, which is quite an achievement considering its location in Yamagata Prefecture, home to scores of brand-name breweries. Brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in the Toku-A district s Tojo town, this superb sake is available only onboard JAL flights. Its gentle, mellow taste warms the hearts of true sake lovers. They continue to utilize the artisanal brewing method they have inherited, being very finicky about using only sake rice grown by topnotch farmers, water originating in the springs of Hakusan and their own prized yeast. Kokuryu Daiginjo possesses a sweet and gentle aroma evoking melon, and an exquisitely transparent taste that highlights the cuisine. Outclassing all the rest, this sake draws out the pure, inherent flavors of the ingredients and is a perfect companion for Japanese or any of the world s cuisines. 10 "The Passion of Japan" 日本の " 匠 " PREMIUM JAPANESE SHOCHU 焼酎 Mori Izo 本格焼酎森伊蔵 契約農家が作る コガネセンガン というさつま芋を昔ながらのかめ壺で熟成させた逸品です 生産数も極めて少なく 手に入りにくいことから 幻の焼酎 と呼ばれています ( 有限会社森伊蔵酒造 / 鹿児島県 ) Shochu is a distilled vodka-like spirit made from a variety of ingredients and is a very popular Japanese drink. Mori Izo is produced from sweet potatoes of the Koganesengan variety grown under contract and the product is aged to perfection in traditional stoneware jars. The production volume is very limited and highly sought after and as a result this shochu is very hard to find. (Kagoshima Prefecture) Hyakunen no Kodoku 百年の孤独 株式会社黒木本店は焼酎一筋 創業明治 18 年 (1885 年 ) の老舗蔵元です 日本の焼酎業界を牽引し 百年の孤独 を始め数々の銘酒を世に生み出してきました 百年の孤独 は JAL ビジネスクラスの大麦焼酎 中々 の原酒をアメリカン ホワイトオークの樽で長期熟成させた本格焼酎の傑作です 長い時の流れが生み出した琥珀色の液体は まろやかな風味を奏でる絶妙なる逸品です この焼酎の醍醐味を味わっていただくには ストレート ロック 水割りが最適です ( 冬季にはお湯割りも風味豊かです ) ( 株式会社黒木本店 / 宮崎県 ) Long-established Kuroki Honten Co., Ltd. was founded in 1885, and ever since has been solely devoted to producing Shochu. Since then, as the top-runner of Shochu brewers, they have been producing various Shochus for serious aficionados of this traditional distilled spirit of Japan, including Hyakunen no Kodoku. A masterpiece, Hyakunen no Kodoku is made from the malt of their barley Shochu Naka-Naka for JAL s Business Class which is matured slowly in American White Oak barrels. The amber liquid created from the leisurely flow of time is the prelude to an exquisitely mellow flavor, which deserves to be a museum piece. You can enjoy the quintessence of this Shochu served straight, on-the-rocks or with mineral water. (In the wintertime, try it blended with hot water and savor the ample aroma.) (Miyazaki Prefecture)
