1 Aoba-Japan International School UNIFORM GUIDE ( ) Supplier: Lands End will continue to be our main supplier of uniforms. Along with Lands End, Top of the Class has been selected as an alternative local provider. From SY , school PE clothes are REQUIRED for all of the students of *. Required PE items are ONLY AVAILABLE from Top of the Class. Please purchase PE items from them. Girls between K2 Gr 8 may choose to purchase their jumper skirts/skirts from the Isetan Department Store. Please refer to the appendix for more information. * Meguro students do not need the school PE clothes. Order Process: Top of the Class: Orders will be taken now, however delivery date will be on August 15, Please refer to page 10 for a guide to how to order online. Lands End: Please refer to page 11 for a guide to how to order online. Please allow 2 4 weeks for delivery, as it will be supplied from the US. Uniform Items: Items for each grade level are detailed in this Uniform Guide. Please do not substitute with alternative items, unless advised by the school, even if the alternative is from our suppliers. Certain items require the school logo these are noted in this Uniform Guide and already come with the logo applied. All uniforms must be clearly named. Sizing: Top of the Class provides sizes by age or height (cm). Top of the Class will also have days during summer break where families can visit their office to try on and buy uniforms. Please wait for the announcement of the date. Lands End provides charts to ensure accurate sizing. Trousers, shorts, and skirts come with adjustable elastic inner waistbands. Trousers can be hemmed to preferred length. Samples are available at school. Please contact the school for an appointment to look at them. Summer/Winter: Summer uniforms are to be worn from May 1 September 30, and winter uniforms are to be worn from October 1 April 30. 1

10 HOW TO ORDER (Top of the Class): 1. Please go to 2. Please move your curser to SHOP BY SCHOOL, and click on AOBA-JAPAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL 3. Select your child(ren) s grade, and then you will see the winter and summer uniforms for that grade group. 4. Select the item, and select the size and quantity and click ADD TO CART. 5. At the end, you can pay Paypal, or proceed to check out as you would for any online shopping. Payment can be also made by bank transfer. 10

11 HOW TO ORDER (Lands End) 1. Please go to 2. If this is your first time, you would need to set up your child s account. We recommend you setting up an account for each child, as once you have set up an account, the site will automatically show only the necessary items for his/her grade. 3. In order to set up an account, move your curser above UNIFORMS. Then click on FIND YOUR SCHOOL. 4. Then click on OR FIND MY SCHOOL USING MY PREFERRED SCHOOL NUMBER 5. Then, enter our School Number, , in the box provided and then, click FIND MY SCHOOL. 6. Once Aoba-Japan International School shows up on the right, enter your child s First Name, Grade, and Gender in the boxed provided in the left. Then, click on SAVE SCHOOL. 7. It will lead you to the SIGN IN screen. Please click on Create one at the bottom. 8. Then, Create an Account screen appears asking you to enter First Name, Address and Password. Your password should contain 8 to 20 characters and at least 1 number. Then, click on CREATE ACCOUNT. 9. If you already have an account, please click on Sign In and sign in using your address and password. 10. Once you are in the site, you should see an account for your child. If you click on SHOP THIS SCHOOL, it should show the items for him/her. 11. To add another child, please click ADD STUDENT. Fill in the necessary information, such as Name, Gender, Grade, and then create. 12. For items that require the school logo (all top items), the logo will automatically be added to your order. 11
