EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This Business Plan is prepare for the purpose of application of Labuan Work Permit from MM 2 H for Mr. TARO SORANO and Mr. NOBORU OOZORA (the Applicants ), Co - Directors of TERIYAKI Research Co., Ltd. to Labuan Financial Services Authority ( LFSA ) for reference. Because TRC will use Labuan company as IBC (International Business Company), we cannot deal with Malaysian residents (including companies) in principle. Since he has consistently carried out the work of optimizing International flight very complicated route search system and fare setting up to now, so we are hopeful that he will properly design and build aviation databases and medical databases, which form the foundation of this project. ORGANISATION CHART During the 1st year operation, TRC will keep its overhead cost as low as possible, where the Directors, Mr. TARO SORANO and Mr. NOBORU OOZORA, will operate themselves the business to stabilize the business and looking forward to future expansion. Incidentally, after acquiring work permit, they will setup a Management office and residential address in Labuan will be done in 30 days. The office is scheduled for Labuan Times Square or Lazenda Sweet, and their residential addresses are Perumahan Taman Mutiara district (Already surveyed, under negotiating). Since two directors already have resident addresses in Kuala Lumpur, they plan to live in Kuala Lumpur after the project is stabilized. In that case we will set up a Marketing office in Kuala Lumpur.
