3 Abstract A inspection of communication resercation-of-quarity using congestion adaptive transfer TOYOSHIMA Shuhei QoS controll type transfer is a technique of securing transfer quality. It reserves the network resources,and network will be statefull.demerit of statefull network is to complicate network structure.
