1 "Azumazushi" is the sushi restaurant which was opened for the first time in Hokkaido in The name of "Azuma-zushi", the founder came from Tokyo and he was the first person who had told to Hokkaido's people what the sushi was, so he took the Chinese characters of East and sushi.
