Sixty one students participated in this study, after being confirmed by informed consent. The training program is composed of a series of aerobic and swimming exercise of physical education once a week for half a year. Measurements were weight and percentage of body fat (%fat) at the first time (T1), the middle time (T2) and the last time (T3), and abdominal round's size were compared. The instruction was to move fairly light. The results showed that 27 subjects had lost weight, namely 44.3% of all. In the swimming class, 13 female subjects (61.9%) lost weight. The average of weight loss was 1.6± 1.29, and the most weight loss was 5.4. In the aerobics class, 13 subjects (44.8%) lost weight. The average was 2.2±1.80, and the most was 5.7. About %fat, 43 subjects (70.5%) had come down. In the swimming class, 16 females (76.2%) decreased down, the average being 4.1± 4.79%fat, and the most 15.9%fat. And 7 male (63.6%) also decreased down, and the average was 1.5±1.62 %fat, while the most was 5.2%fat. In the aerobics class, 20 subjects (69.0%) decreased, and the average was 1.3±0.87%fat, while the most was 3.0%fat. The data especially showed the correlation between %fat (y) and weight (x) for %fat loss subjects at T1, T2 and T3 through training, in the case of swimming, T1; y=0.3133x r=0.5003, T2 ; y= x r=0.4502, T3 ; y= x , r=0.5684, n=16 (p<0.05). 4 4 南谷直利 山増正枝 蒲真理子 川端健司 山本博男 ４ 運動強度 エアロビクスの鍵となるのは運動強度 1 である 主観的運動強度 RPE Rating of.. 2 perceived exertion は Borg のスケールを使用し中程度の運動の 楽である ややきつ い を目安に働きかけた 毎回教員の合図のもとに各自が運動前の脈拍数 Rpz rest pulse zone と運動最高時の脈拍数 Mpz maximum pulse zone を15秒間測定し１分間の脈拍数 を記録 カルボーネン法による目標脈拍数 Tpz Target pulse zone を算出して強度を確 認した 今回の授業では 教員とともに動いて運動強度をTpzに近づけるメニューを展開する 働きかけより 各自が大きな動作で 楽に に動くことにポイントをおき 自分で脈拍数を管 理し適切な強度で動くことを働きかけた 尚 スイミングもエアロビクスも同じ教員の指導の もとにおこなった ５ レポート 授業の最終時には 被検者がそれぞれ課題に対して留意した点や気が付いたことについて記 述を行った Ⅲ 結果 １ 減量効果 １ 体重の増減 Table.1は 各クラスの体重の増減の結果で ある 61名中27名の44.3 が減量 29名の 44.7 が増加 前後で変わらなかった被検者は ５名 最高減量体重はＢの5.7 であった Ａ の場合 男子減量者は１名で5.2 の減量 体 重が増加した被検者は10名で平均増加体重は 1.5±1.27 であった 女子は21名中13名の 61.9 が平均1.6±1.29 の減量 最高減量体重 は5.4 であった 体重が増加した被検者は５ 名の23.8 で平均1.1±0.93 最大は2.5 前 後で変わらなかった被検者は３名であった Ｂ の場合 29名中13名の44.8 が平均2.2±1.80 の減量 最高減量体重は5.7 体重増加の被 Fig. 1 Change of weight for each subject at T1 and T3. 検者は14名の48.3 で平均0.9±1.10 最大は Table. 1 Changes of weight for each class through Aerobic training class. 52

10 10 南谷直利 山増正枝 蒲真理子 川端健司 山本博男 体の力を抜き 姿勢に気をつけ 頭を下げると 楽に浮き 潜ることができたら泳げることができた 体重も軽すぎて健康にはあまり自信なかったが 水中運動後 体重は少し減ったものの体調もよくて 今健康であることを感じたことがすごく嬉しかった 泳ぎの得意な被検者 減量もでき 腹囲が減り 体形も細くなりとても嬉しく 体力もついた 泳ぎは出来るけれど 動く 姿がきれいでないことがわかった スピードが遅いのも泳ぎ方だと思うので練習したい 良い姿勢だ と泳ぎやすい 身体の力を抜くことが大事と気がついた. 体脂肪率が減って痩せたことが嬉しい アクアビクスは 体を大きく動かすことが苦手であったが 日本の伝統の踊りを水中で踊れて嬉しか った 水中でゲームをやるのはとてもいい運動になり 水泳がより好きになった 水の中での運動は身体が思うように動かず難しい 体脂肪と腹囲が減り 嬉しかった 泳ぎを練習し てより上手くなりたい 水中運動はとても面白いと思う 友達と楽しく参加できる 水泳は一人でするものと思っていたが 皆とするととても楽しい ２人１組で行動することを覚えた 身体の力を抜くことが大事だと気がついた 姿勢に気をつけたら 楽に速く泳げた 柔軟な身体が必要だと知り 試みた 楽に泳げた 体力がついたと思う 潜水が楽になり 潜水距離が伸びた ２ エアロビクス授業 Photo.3は 各グループのエアロビクスのイメージ を漢字で表す課題の写真である 被検者が授業にどの 様に取り組んだかがわかる Ⅳ 考察 １ スイミングとエアロビクスの減量効果 Photo. 3 Symbolized calligraphy of each group in Aerobic dance. 結果は 何れも体脂肪率の減少した被検者数が過半数で 特にスイミングの体脂肪率の減少 が顕著であった エアロビクスでは体脂肪率より体重が減少する被検者が多かった １ 体重の減少 結果は61名中27名の44.3 が減量できた 減量の被検者数は 女子の場合はＡが21名中13名 の61.4 Ｂは９名中13名の44.8 で スイミングの体重減少者数が多かった 男子は11名中 １名の体重が減ったのみで 10名の90.0%の体重が増加した 減量体重の平均から見た場合 Ａは1.6±1.29 Ｂは2.2±1.80 の減量で Ｂのエアロビクスが大きかった 男女ともに最高 減量体重は約５ であった スイミングでは 水中に入水した時点で 水の持つ特性によって運動の効果が身体に働く 5 ことや 加えて水中を進む場合の力学的仕事は 筋の収縮によってなされ 筋収縮では筋のエ 6 ネルギー消費が伴う ことから 水中で効率よく脂肪が燃焼して被検者の減量効果が見られた と考える 男子の場合はおよそ20歳位まで体重増加とLBMの増加が並列的関係を示し 女子 の場合は15歳位まで それ以降の体重増加は体脂肪量の増加と関係している 17 と言われる よって男女の性差や年齢的特徴から体重増加は想定され 体重が増加するも体脂肪率が減少し たことは十分な運動の効果である 58

13 大学生を対象としたエアロビクスとスイミング授業の減量効果 13 見守りながらも 先導した働きかけで被検者の運動強度を上げていく必要があると思われるも オリジナルな動き創りでエアロビクスを手軽に楽しむことも体育授業の成果と考えた 課題の 漢字の文字や被検者のレポート結果から 後半のブレーンストーミングタイプのグループ授業 が エアロビクスの目的が身体面だけでなく精神的にも授業での協調性に貢献できたことがわ かった ３ スイミング動作の変化 Photo.4は指導前 Photo.5は指導後の写真であるが 明らかに泳ぎに変化が見られる 前半 では 頭が上がる 肩のローリングが上手くいかない キックでは膝が曲がるケースであった 身体への無理な力で下肢が沈むことや 速く泳ごうと身体に力が入っていたが 手具を使った 運動やゆったり泳ぐことで 結果は体の力が抜け 体頭を下げることができ 腕のかきやロー 7 リングを意識でき 脚のキックはむち動作型 のキックに変わったと考えられる Fig.6 7に潜水距離が伸びた結果を示した 水環境では呼吸制限がある為に換気量を増大さ せようとするため呼吸筋がいちじるしく発達 肺活量も大きい 12 のが 水泳運動の特徴であ 15 る 呼吸交換比は 脂肪と炭水化物の燃焼比率を間接的に示す 潜水距離の増加は体脂肪率 の減少に加え運動の効果を得たことを示し 被検者がリラックスして身体の力を抜き姿勢を伸 ばすことを意識できたことも影響したと考える 泳げなかった被検者が泳ぎをマスターしたこ とは 水中でのゲーム等が苦手意識を取り除くキーとなったと思われるも 各被検者の泳法へ の意欲につながったと推測する Photo. 4 Swimming forms at the early stage of the class. 14 14 南谷直利 山増正枝 蒲真理子 川端健司 山本博男 グ授業に期待することも異なるスタートであった 指導方法は 泳ぎの得意とするグループと 泳ぎの苦手なグループに分け その中で２人１組の行動を指示した 担当教員一人での十分な 対応はできなかったことを反省するも ２人１組の役割は大きく 被検者自身がお互いの状況 をよく理解し協力して授業に参加 働きかけに対して互いの安全への配慮をして参加してくれ たことに感謝したい エアロビクスでは KAI法の使用やグループでのパフォーマンスが コ ミュニケーションをとり体育授業の効果をあげるツールとして有効に働いたと考える ５ アクアビクスダンスの取り組み アクアビクスでは 富山県民謡 こきりこ に取り組んだ Photo.6 北陸の馴染みある民 謡で ゆっくりしたテンポで水中運動に適していることや伝統文化に触れる要素を加味した 踊りは手の動きを一部水中にて大きく水をかく動きにアレンジをした レポートで伝統に触れ ることができて嬉しいとの感想は 留学時の体験として意義があり 授業の成果を得ることが できたと思われる 体育授業を展開するにあたり次につなげていきたい Photo. 6 Aquabic dance involving the folklore "Kokiriko" in Japan.
