3 Abstract This project goal is to encourage the movement of the Hakodate citizens. Recently, about 80% of the traffic in Hakodate is occupied by a car. Many routes of the Hakodate bus which are deficits were repealed or decreased. In average, the Hakodate citizens use the public bus only 13 times a year. The most discontents of the tourists who visited Hakodate is for the public transportation. But this project didn t capture the essential problems and the causes of the traffic problems perfectly.then, in first half term, we implemented the survey to explore the essential problems of the Hakodate traffic. We analyzed, discussed the result and mainly noticed two things. Firstly, the Hakodate citizens choose a car as transportation. The choice is by not inconvenience of the public bus, but the indeterminate cause. Secondly, it is difficult to spread new convenience information about traffic. This project thought that the Hakodate citizens fell into thinking of depending on a car.considering the result of the first survey, Group A determined to design the system with a smart-phone application software which supports riding together in the same car. Because the Hakodate citizens complained against the public bus. For example, the public bus doesn t come on time, the number of buses is a few, and so on. On the other hand, Group B determined to design the web site which provides people information about a transportation suitable for them. Because we thought that the Hakodate citizens need information about traffic when they choose a transportation. In this case, Future university Hakodate s students are the targets of both system. In second half term, we implemented the survey to explore hidden demand of both systems among students. Considering the result of the first survey, we noticed that riding together in a car of a student has some demand, and freshmen need information about life also.considering the results of two surveys, we determined to design the system with a smart-phone application software which supports riding together in a car of a student, and the web site which provides people information about life and a transportation suitable for them.in this term, we couldn t implement usability tests of both systems. Therefore, we need to implement usability tests and validate efficacy of the system as a future problem. 12 Future Public Transportation for Hakodate City 第 2 章 プロジェクト全体の目標 2.1 問題の設定 ここで設定する問題とは 函館市民が函館の交通に対して不満を抱いている原因となるものであ り プロジェクトの課題を設定する前に 現状の函館の交通における問題点にはどのようなものが 存在するのかを把握する必要がある １章で記述されている通り 現状の函館の交通には様々な問 題が潜んでおり これらの問題を一つ一つ解決していくことは容易なことではない そこで 私た ちのプロジェクトでは手始めにプロジェクトメンバー全員でブレインストーミングを行い 函館の 交通に関するキーワードを絞り込んだ (図 2.1 参照) 図 2.1 函館の交通に関するポストイット このブレインストーミングでは 函館の交通手段や影響するもの さらにどのような解決手段が あるかなど それぞれのキーワードをグループ化することで可視化していった そのキーワードを 基に 公共交通において重要な問題と思われるキーワードをグループメンバー各々で設定し 函館 の交通をより良いものにするためのオピニオンシートを作成した このオピニオンシートでは 例 えば エンターテイメント をキーワードとし AR 技術を使用してバスの中を仮想現実空間にす ることでバスに付加価値をもたらし 観光客を増やすことや 施設の分散 をキーワードとし 函 館市の商業 観光 工業施設が分散していることを問題点としてあげ 超小型自転車 A-bike な どを函館市に導入し輪行を増やすことで 感覚的に函館市をコンパクトするという案が得られた これらのオピニオンシートをプロジェクトメンバー及び担当教員と合わせて発表形式で議論し そ Group Report of 2014 SISP -8- Group Number 7

34 Future Public Transportation for Hakodate City る 最終発表の段階で時間や技術の面が原因で完成には至っていない部分が存在している. また, ま だ改良できる余地が多く存在している. 課外発表会まで 誰がどこまで実装するのかを具体的に計 画し実装する必要がある そして最終発表までに評価まで行うことが出来なかったために開発した アプリやウェブサイトの有効性が確かめられていない 実際に ユーザに使ってもらい 評価を受 けることで開発したアプリやウェブサイトがが未来大関係者の交通を持続的で魅力的なものとする のかを確かめたい そのためにもテストを行いたいと考えている. その結果から, さらに改良を進 めるのか, それともまた, 新たなものを開発するのか方向性を決めるべきだと考える. 最終発表でのレビューでは使ってみたいといった意見や 面白いアイディアであるといったポジ ティブな意見が多く聞かれたことから 大いにその効果が期待される ただ, 反面多くの指摘を受 けたので, その内容に対してプロジェクトメンバーで話し合いより良いものを作り上げたい. いつ か自分たちで作り上げたものが, 多くの人に使用してもらえるようになれば, 函館の公共交通の一 助になるのではないかと思う. そのためにも, さらにこのプロジェクトを進めていくべきである. プロジェクトを通して交通に対して多くの考え方ができるようになった. 本当に函館の公共交通 を活性化させるにはまず, こういった意識を持つことが大切である. 便利になりすぎたせいで交通 に対して無関心さが目立つ. より多くの人たちが交通に対して関心をもって, 受け身にならず自ら 考えていくことができれば, 自ずと函館の公共交通は活性化してくと考える. その手助けをするこ とがなによりのプロジェクトの目標である. 函館市民一人ひとりが 一歩ずつ目標の実現に向けて 努力して行ってほしいと願っている 調査班の展望 調査班の今後の展望としては, 調査の範囲を広げることである. 今回はコストや規模の関係から, 未来大学生を中心とした狭いエリアで行ったが, 次回は函館全体を調査してみたいと考えている. 函 館全体でなくても, エリア分けして, そのエリアの特色を調べるといった形でも面白いと考えてい る. そして, どんどん調査の範囲を広げて行くべきだと思う. また, 調査の範囲を広げるだけでなく, 内容についても, もっと吟味して行けたらと思う. 図 5.3 函館バスカード また, バス会社や市役所といった公的機関についてもっと知るべきだったように思う. 普段私た Group Report of 2014 SISP Group Number 7
