3 学部教育で統合実習を経験して大学病院に入職した入職3か月期の新人看護師の臨床における意識 螺旋 拡張する意識 螺旋 拡張する意識 今後の経験やキャリア 発達とともにさらに 成長発達していく これまでの学部教育と 入職後の経験により 成長発達してきたもの インタビュー内容 臨床における意識 拡張する意識 ①入職3か月期の現在の状況 看護師として3か月働いて現在感じている こと 他4項目 ②統合実習について 経験した実習内容 他1項目 ③統合実習の学びと現在について 入職後実際 に役に立ったこと 他2項目 ④上記関連事項に関する自由な語り 入職 統合実習 本調査対象 3か月 1年生 2年生 3年生 4年生 一人前 中堅 達人 レベル 新人レベル 学生 初心者レベル 成長 発達段階 図1 本研究の概念枠組み の看護師としてのキャリア期が3か月の者であり 国のガ イドラインに沿った 入職先の新人看護職員研修を3か月 2 拡張する意識 拡張する意識とは 新人看護師が自己成長 発展してい 間修めた者である 本研究は この研究対象の臨床におけ く各段階で 新人看護師の臨床現場における感情 意思 る意識について インタビューを通して明らかにするもの 気づき 思い 感覚 内省などのあらゆる心の働きが深ま である り大きくなっていく様子と定義する 看護師としての成長 に従い経験を積むことによって 乏しかった看護への気づ きや感情は 段々と太く大きくなるものとする Ⅱ 研究の目的 本研究の目的は 学部教育において統合実習を経験して Ⅳ 研究方法 大学病院に入職した新人看護師は 3か月期の時点で臨床 現場での経験を通して どのような意識をもっているかを 明らかにすることである 半構成的面接による質的記述的研究 2 対 象 者 Ⅲ 用語の定義 1 意 1 研究デザイン 対象は A大学医学部附属病院 以下 A大学病院とす 識 る において行われたA大学看護教育機関の統合実習を履 本研究における意識とは 広辞苑 新村 2008 と 修し卒業した者で A大学病院に入職した新人看護職員35 Moore 1922/1960 による説明を参考に 学部教育にお 名のうち 本研究への同意が得られた新人看護師8名であ いて統合実習を経験して大学病院に入職した入職3か月期 る 統合実習は 各教育機関により履修内容が異なること の新人看護師の臨床現場における感情 意思 気づき 思 を考慮し 同一の統合実習を履修した対象者を選定した い 感覚 内省などのあらゆる心の働きとする この意識 A大学病院看護部より選定条件該当者をリストアップして は 新人看護師が 各学年で行われた実習を含める学部教 もらった後 参加協力に関する資料を対象者へ配布した 育や 入職後3か月間の看護実践の経験を通して感じたこ 3週間留め置きとし 参加 不参加にかかわらず返信用封 と その経験から振り返るものも含めるものと定義する 筒を用いて回収し インタビュー実施者が協力を可能とす る者と連絡しインタビュー日程を決めた なお 同時期の 日本看護研究学会雑誌 Vol. 41 No

12 : The aim of this study was to clarify the consciousness that novice nurses obtain through their experiences in clinical settings three months after entering employment after experiencing integrated nursing practicum in undergraduate education. : We conducted semi-structured interviews with eight novice nurses three months after they had started working at a university hospital after taking an integrated nursing practicum course. The context of the nurses narratives that matched the study objective was categorized so that no content was distorted. : Five categories were generated: anxiety, confusion, worry, frustration and nervousness felt after entering employment, self-growth perceived after being allowed into the team, moving from being followed-up during one s university days to making decisions independently, peace of mind arising from experiences of integrated practicum, and perceiving the significance of nursing through starting work. : While the nurses had a negative consciousness, which was a similar to the findings of previous studies, the results of this study demonstrated that nurses also had a positive consciousness.
