VENUE!Tokyo Midtown (9-7-1 Minato-ku, Akasaka, Tokyo) -Hall (Best 100 recipients, Stage Event, etc) -Conference rooms, Design Hub (Good Design recipients) -Canopy Square, Atrium (Design Communication booth) TO ENTER THE VENUE Please ensure to bring Entry Pass with you to install / dismantle your entry. To the recipients who chose to come to Japan and install /dismantle by yourselves as a transportation method on Entry Site, applied number of Entry Pass will be delivered in advance. Please be advised that you cannot use dolly to carry your exhibit to the venue. Suitcase with casters would be acceptable. With regards to the Best 100 recipients, only approved big size ones could be carried in by car to the Hall. FOR INSTALLATION (on October 29) 1. Go to the nearest counter and find out your location 2. Assemble and display your entry 3. Please report to the reception counter of your unit. 4. Secretariat staff will confirm the installation. Attention! *Please keep the assigned location for your entry and do not extend the size. *Please do not exceed the maximum height of each chosen package. *We cannot supply electricity for the tools. Please use own battery for them. *We cannot keep packing material in the venue. Please take them away with yourself. *You cannot nail, hole, glue, move or remove the display package. *Electricity power will be supplied around 10:00, so bring your item around then if it is needed. FOR DISMANTLEMENT (on November 4) Go to your installation booth directly and dismantle your booth. *No report to secretariat staff is required. *Please ensure to finish the dismantlement by 22:00.
