運賃計算の手順 (1) Steps to Quote Rates and Charges(1) 5 運賃適用重量 X 賃率 = 運賃 ( 重量料金 ) 1. 運賃適用重量 Chargeable Weight 運賃適用重量を決める ( 実重量と容積重量を比較して大きい方が運賃適用重量 ) 運賃 = 賃率 x 運賃適用重量 2. 運賃 ( 賃率 ) Rates 適用する賃率を決める ( 賃率の優先順位 Precedence of Rates のルールに従って ) 賃率は原則として発地国の通貨で KG 当りいくらというように決められている ( 米国発は LB 当りを使用 ) 3. 通貨 Currency 通貨の種類毎に決められた単位に 端数処理をする 4. 重量料金 Weight Charges 賃率に運賃適用重量を乗じて 重量料金を計算する ( 貨物の価格に対する料金として 下記 8 の従価料金がある )

運賃 料金の基本 10 ( 空港間の運賃 料金 ) The rates are quoted from airport to airport and apply only in the direction in which they are published (From-To) ( 運送経路に無関係 ) In principle, the rates apply regardless of the flown route. They may however become influenced by the carrier s choice of routing. ( 空港間のサービスのみをカバー ) The airport to airport rates do not include additional charges such as pick-up, export and import clearance, delivery and storage charges. ( 発地国通貨建て ) Rates and charges are published in the currency of the country where the transportation starts or in US Dollars where used as local currency. The rates in local currency are to be applied for air waybill rating. (KG 当り運賃 ) The rates and charges in local currency are published per kilogram. 運賃 料金の一般規則 General Rules of Cargo Rates and Charges 14 適用航空会社 : TACTに示された運賃と規則は TACT 参加航空会社の運送に適用する 空港間の運賃 料金 : 運賃 料金は空港間の運送サービスのみをカバーするもので それ以外のサービスをカバーしない 輸送経路との関係 : 運賃 料金は輸送経路にかかわらず 同じ運賃が適用される 適用される運賃 : 適用される運賃 料金は航空運送状が発行される日に有効な運賃とする 発地国の通貨を使用 : 発地国の通貨 または米ドルで建てられた運賃を適用する 運賃の端数処理 : 割増 割引運賃などを計算する場合は 通貨毎に定められた端数処理単位に従って処理する 賃率 x 運賃適用重量 : 運賃は賃率に運賃適用重量を掛けたもの 運賃適用重量は 実重量と容積重量を比べて大きい方 ある品目に複数の運賃が適用できる場合の優先順位は次の通り : 1. Specific Commodity Rates 2. Class Rates 3. General Cargo Rates 賃率 x 運賃適用重量 で得た運賃額は最低料金を下回らないこと区間毎に定 : められた最低料金を下回ることはできない
