Through teaching Kendo, I was able to speak to various people from each country. I discovered that majority of foreigners are very interested in the Japanese culture. Through my experiences, I was able to meet superb people and they became good friends of mine. I want to share and use what I have learned, that is why we established Mommy International Cultural Center. Here, we make Japan and the many facets of its culture accessible for you to experience and enjoy this includes Japanese language lessons as well as lessons in Calligraphy, Kendo, Karate, and Yoga; we also provide special English classes specifically for Japanese learners! Whether your interest is in animation, in the art of wearing the kimono, or in Japanese tea ceremony, we can tailor and make these classes available to you. If I can offer this wonderful experience of interchange to you, this will be one of my happiest moments. Of course, I didn t thought about having a conversation with a foreigner. But, by some instances, my husband s job was relocated in other country, so we need to live overseas. I cried a lot for not understating the English language, but then I tried to enjoy life in abroad. And then I thought to become a Japanese language teacher. My motivation started when I thought about, that I will be lucky if people around me can also speak Japanese. However if we think about it, it is also very important to learn how to teach the Japanese language I will do my best to properly teach the Japanese language as a foreign language. Again, I realized the profundity of Japanese language and teaching is easier said than done. It is my dream too see day when Japanese is recognized universally Everyone is welcome to try this great experience!
