However the tablet PC is not used very much in school because there is a few teaching materials appropriate to the characteristics of the children with special needs. From the viewpoint of the situation, the optimal size of the operational button obtained is useful for the development of the educational material in the tablet PC. Thus the measurement method and the software application to obtain the optimal button size in tablet PC are developed for the children with special needs. As the result of measurement, it is clear how the mistakes change by the positions or by the button sizes. The operational button size obtained is over 1x1 pixels on 1.1-inch screen of the tablet PC; over 17 17mm. Key words: Tablet PC, Operational Button, Special Support Education - 68 -
