The Web Services are a system which links up the scattered systems on the Internet, leveraging standardized technology such as SOAP, WSDL and UDDI. It is a general thought that in the future business enterprises will be able to concentrate investments for IT more on their core competences operations as the result of sharing and/or centralizing of in-company systems as well as utilizing outsourced services by the Web Services. Some precedential corporations have already started implementing the Web Services, however, much of the content is yet within the extent of experiment.
