1. 7 電話交換機設備概要 59 1. 7 電話交換機設備概要 京都大学主要地区の電話交換機設備 以下 PBX 設備 とする は 本部地区 病院地区 宇治地区 桂地区 熊取地区 犬山地区の 6 カ所設置されており このうち情報部においては本部地区 病院地区 院内 PHS 設備は除く の PBX 設備及び各地区との接続機器の運用管理を行っている 近年 ネットワークが広く普及してきたことにより PBX 設備においても IP 電話 ソフトフォン等の IP 対 応機器が広まってきている また 既存ネットワークを再構築した次世代ネットワーク NGN Next Generation Network が今後普及するに従い 電話 インターネット さらにはテレビ放送網を融合したサービスが展開され ていくと考えられる このような変化の中 管理者はユーザサービスの向上やランニングコスト等を考慮して新し いサービスの導入を検討していく必要がある ウ 図 1.7.1 京都大学全体の現行音声系ネットワーク図 1. 7. 1 PBX 設備の運用管理 運用管理は共同利用支援グループが担当しており 西日本電信電話株式会社と運用監視契約を締結し 業務を委 託している 運用監視業務は 本部地区及び病院地区における PBX 設備の端末新設 移設対応 設定変更や障害対応 相談業務等を行っており 平日 9 時 17 時 15 分まで自動電話庁舎に 2 名の作業員が常駐し これらの対応にあたっ ている 吉田地区における PBX 設備設定変更等対応件数 ランニングコスト等は下記の表または図に示すとおりとなっ ている これらを見ると PBX 設備設定変更等対応件数において 4 月には設定変更 3 月には新設と設定変更件 数が高くなっている これは 事務組織の移転に伴うマルチライン等の各種設定や先端医療機器開発臨床センター の本格稼働により新設件数が高くなったものである 障害対応件数において 4 5 6 月の件数が高くなっているが これは落雷に伴いヒューズ断によるものや 端子盤内のジャンパ線の緩みにより不通となる障害対応内容であった 平成 23 年度のランニングコストについて平成 22 年度と比較すると電話回線基本料金が増加しており 主に DID の追加によるものである 今後については ランニングコスト削減に向けて現状のマイライン業者の見直しや 本 学が契約している NTT 接続回線の IP 回線化などの課題について検討を進める
