Halloween Parade 2013 10 月 27 日 ( 日 ) 恒例のハロウィンパレードを行いました たくさんのご参加ありがとうございました! It was very exciting to see many children dressed up in their favorite costumes at the Frontier Halloween Parade on October 27, 2013. The children marched around Makuharii bay town and visited some shops for trick-ortreating. They looked so happy when they received their candies and snacks. After trick-or treating, we gathered at a park and enjoyed playing Halloween games! It was so nice to see smiles on the children's faces. It s Halloween! Many children with their great costumes on gathered at the Kaihin Makuhari school. All of us trick or treated through Baytown and the children played games and took pictures at the park. After that we had a costume contest. There were so many great costumes! For us teachers and staff, it was tough to choose the best costume. Everyone had a great time and I am very thankful to everyone for helping to make this Halloween parade fantastic!! Thank you very much!! Halloween this year was great fun! Before the students arrived, we covered the school in spider webs, fake spiders, and Halloween decorations, making it look like a Haunted House! The children arrived and gathered outside. After we chatted and looked at each other's costumes, we began the Halloween parade around Kaihim Makuhari. At various points along the parade route, we could do Trick or Treat with shop owners and teachers. I was dressed as a zombie. It was fun to walk around Makuhari in costume with a big group of monsters behind me! Our parade finished at a park near Valentine Street. There, the teachers of Frontier English School ran a series of fun games, like the three-legged race, candy-bite, ball and cups, egg-and-spoon race, etc. There was even a competition for the best costumes, with prizes going to both children and parents! コスチューム大賞 2013 を受賞された皆さんです おめでとうございます! Last Sunday, October 27, 2013, was Frontier's Halloween Parade. All of the staffs and teachers wore their best Halloween costumes. We also prepared different kinds of games for the kids to enjoy. The children arrived in their most glamorous and scariest costume ever. They were all participative and enthusiastic during the entire party. Each student was given a designated group to follow. Then, we did the "Trick or Treating" which was the most exciting part of all. The kids received a lot of snacks that they indulged in afterwards. And of course, we awarded those kids who had the most adorable Halloween costume. It was such a successful event! October 27th was an exciting day as many students gathered together in front of the Kaihin Makuhari school wearing their cutest and most scariest of costumes. A few in particular caught my attention. The costume of Goku was by far the coolest, as the student not only had the matching costume but also went to a barber shop and had his hair spiked and gold tinted. Another was a young girl dressed in a very scary Scream costume. The day went by quickly as each group of students led by two teachers went from check point to check point, gathering candy and other delicious treats. Not only did the children enjoy, but the teachers also had fun dressing up as Cinderella, Mad scientist, Phantom of the opera (myself), a maid, and others. I look forward to next years event and can t wait to see what spooky and interesting costumes students, staff, and family members think up of next. 今回は中高生のボランティアの皆さんにもご協力いただきました ときほななか左から京成大久保校の高橋美涼さん 山田時歩さん 佐藤菜々夏さん 海浜幕張校の北嶋梨紗さんです ありがとうございました 前日までの台風で天気が心配でしたが 当日は快晴で 最後まで 楽しく盛大にできて本当に良かったです みんなそれぞれ いろんなコスチュームで 見ているだけでも楽しむことができ またそんな子供たちの表情もいきいきとして スタッフとして参加してる私たちもうれしくなりました 来年は私たちも子供たちに負けないようなコスチュームで参加しようと 今からわくわくしています
Christmas Party 今年は新検見川校と海浜幕張校は合同でクリスマスパーティーを開きました サンタガールに扮した Malina 先生や Ivy 先生と一緒に夢のようなお菓子の家を作りました 初めて参加したおともだちも上手にできていました! 家はしょうがのクッキーでできているので教室中 とってもあまぁ ~ い香りが漂っていて お家に持ち帰って早速食べた! という生徒さんもいました 楽しい! という声もたくさん聞かれ 今後も自然に楽しく英語に触れる機会を増やしていけたらと思います あっという間の 2 時間半でしたが たくさんのご参加ありがとうございました また 高校生の生徒さんたちがボランティアとして参加してくれました ありがとうございました This years Christmas party was held on December 15 th, 2013 at the Kaihin Makuhari school. Many children joined us that day and we made gingerbread houses. First, everyone decorated the parts of the house with icing and candy such as chocolate, gummies, cookies and marshmallows. All the candy looked so yummy, some children just wanted to start eating the candy right then! Actually I saw some eating the candy. While we waited for the icing to harden we played games such as present open relay and Bingo. We all had a wonderful time and I thank everyone who participated and helped make this years Christmas party wonderful!
Christmas Party 12月15日 日 京成大久保校では ２年ぶりにクリスマス会を 開きました みんなとても楽しみにしていて 幼児から小学生までの生徒 さんと家族 お友だち ボランティアの中学生 スタッフを入れ て全部で30人 とてもにぎやかな会となりました Ricky先生のあいさつで パーティがスタートすると 全員で We wish you a Merry Christmas を大合唱 続いてJames先 生とRicky先生が次々とゲームを進め みんな楽しく過ごしま した Keisei Okubo held its annual Christmas party last Sunday! Many children came to join the teachers and staff for a day of fun and games. We sang Christmas songs, and played games with English. After the games, everyone sat down and enjoyed tea with chocolate cream cake. Ricky read a wonderful Christmas story about Santa, and just after he finished, Santa arrived! I was very surprised to see how fat he is! I guess he eats a lot of cake, every year! Santa greeted each of us cheerfully, with his "Ho ho ho" laugh, and asked us what present we would like for Christmas, and gave us a little present. I had a great time! プレゼント交換の後は ケーキタイム 大きなケーキにみんなびっくり Yummy! Yummy!と聞こえてきました そしていよいよパーティも終わりに近づいたころ なんとおなかの とーっても大きなサンタが登場 一人ひとりにやさしく話しかけて お土産のプレゼントを手渡してくれました 風船を運ぶゲームがおもしろかった ケーキが大きくておいしかった キャンディをたくさんすくえて楽しかった 今までで一番楽しかった いつもと違う先生もいておどろいた 京成大久保校では12月17日 火 夜7時15分から生 徒さんとお友達 先生 スタッフで 楽しいおとなの ティーパーティも開催しました 1時間ちょっとの時間でしたが 楽しいひと時でした
