METASTATIC CARCINOMA OF THE SPERMATIC CORD FROM THE PANCREAS Tokuji KATO, Nobuya MICHINAKA and Tsuneo SHIRAISHI From the Department of Urology, Hiroshima University School of Medicine (Director : Prof. T. Kato, M. D.) Sixty-two-year-old male farmer came to us with a chief complaint of a mass along the spermatic cord on the right side. It was surgically removed and found to be cystic and indurative tumor attached to the spermatic cord. Histological diagnosis was adenocarcinoma. The patient was symptomless as to carcinoma of the pancreas and showed urinary amylases 25 and Zn65 uptake of tumor being eight times as control. On laparotomy primary carcinoma of the pancreas was observed with metastases to the liver, mesenterium, greater omentum and peritoneum.
