What does "career" mean for youth(vol.1)? Kenshi YAMANOUCHI(Associate Professor, IPHE, Kobe University) The purpose of this paper is to examine what "career" or "career education" means for youth. Now, we hear about "freeter", "NEET" or "working-poor" frequently every day, but actually we don't know about them in detail. And we don't think these problems which is caused by these people as the problems of youth. In this paper, I focus these problems mentioned above, especially one of youth. This paper is an introduction of a series of articles written under this theme.
