72 はじめに 論文(査読論文)永禄三年の車争い図屏風The Screen Painting Confrontation of Carriages Produced in the Third Year of Eiroku(1560) Yoshiyuki TAKAMATSU takamatsu@inf.shizuoka.ac.jp Abstract: It is recorded in the diary Oyudono no Ue no Nikki that in the third year of Eiroku(1560), Emperor Ogimachi ordered his court nobles to produce the screen painting Confrontation of Carriages. This paper studies the pair of screens, Confrontation of Carriages owned by Nin'na-ji Temple which is identified with this recoed. The author points out what was poritical intention of producing this screen painting by Emperor Ogimachi, also examines what is a media function of painting works. i
