Prostate biopsy demonstrated poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma with Gleason score 5+4 =9. The clinical stage was ct4nm1b. He underwent maximal androgen blockade therapy (MAB). Prostate cancer, however, became hormone resistant. Sixteen months later, his breasts enlarged and the fine needle aspiration biopsy of the breasts demonstrated poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. Immunohistochemistric evaluation showed positive PSA and PAP. These findings were suggested that these breast tumors were metastatic prostate adenocarcinoma.
