1 現場見学会の記録 2017 年 10 月 4 日 NEXCO 西日本新名神高速道路建設工事現場見学会 文責 参加者 稲上慶太 IMAGAMI Keita ヘ ンシ ャミンルイス Benjamin Lewis 修士 2 年 テシュコンアシ ェンテ ィア Teshounkong Agendia 修士 1 年 木田翔平 KIDA Shohei ホ ンカ キム Bonggab Kim 修士 2 年 小西魁 KONISHI Kai チェンリー Chen Li 修士 2 年 吉本将基 YOSHIMOTO Masaki サワト コ クリスチャン Sawadogo Christian 修士 1 年 2017 年 10 月 4 日, 西日本高速道路株式会社による新名神高速道路の建設工事現場を見学する機会を頂いた. 1. 新名神高速道路概要名神高速道路は開通以来, 東日本と西日本を結ぶ大動脈の役割を果たし, 日本経済の発展に大きく貢献してきたが, 現在では老朽化や交通渋滞の頻発などの問題を抱えている. そこで, 新名神高速道路は重大事故や災害発生時に名神高速の代替道路機能を果たし, 名神高速と交通機能を補完することで渋滞を緩和することが期待される. 図 1に名神高速道路と新名神高速道路の位置関係を示す. 特に新名神の内, 建設中の高槻 JCT~ 塩川橋間は土工部 21 %, 橋梁部 23 %, トンネル部 56 % から構成され,NEXCO 西日本は平成 29 年 11 月に開通を予定している. 今回見学する機会を頂いたのは神峰山トンネル付近から高槻 IC の区間で, 新名神高速道路で導入される数多くの新技術をご教示いただいた. 図 2,3に本現場の詳細位置を示す. 図 1 名神高速道路と新名神高速道路 1)
2 2. 新名神高速道路で導入される新技術 2) 新名神高速道路では 管理運用効率 利用者の安全性 利便性を向上させるため 様々な新技術が導入される 予定である 2.1 自走式ロボットカメラ トンネル内の照明用ケーブルラック上を自走し トンネル内の指定場 所を遠隔で監視できる 事故発生時にいち早く詳細な状況を把握するこ とができる(写真 1) 2.2 双眼監視カメラ 従来は進行方向に向けて監視カメラを設置していたが 左右両側に魚 眼カメラを設置し処理を行うことで トンネル内の事故発生時などに広 範囲を監視することが出来る 2.3 料金所平面監視システム 料金所屋根や照明柱に設置した向き 高さの異なる複数のカメラの映 像を 1 枚の平面映像として表示する 監視員が施設全体の状況を容易 に把握することができるため 監視員の負担軽減 迅速で適切な対応が 可能になる 2.4 LED 照明 従来のナトリウムランプよりも長寿命 低消費電力の LED を採用し 色表示機能による ペースメーカーラ イト サイン照明 が日本で初めて導入される(写真 2) ペースメーカーライトはサグ部や勾配部となるトン ネルに設置され 緑色点灯の流れの速さを制御することにより 運転手に速度抑制 速度回復を促すものであ る また 火災発生時には赤色 落下物や事故などの際は黄色で警告表示を行い トンネル内の異常発生を知 らせる 2.5 路側表示板 広域情報を提供する道路情報板に対し 走行中の車両の直近で発生している落下物や車線規制などの状況を 知らせる電光表示板を約 1 km 間隔で設置する また 文字情報だけでなく 動画パターンによる表示機能も有
3 している. 3. 現場概要 今回見学させていただいた現場では, メンテナンス性や周辺環境に配慮しながらも, ライフサイクルコスト低減のため様々な工夫がなされている. 2) 3.1 舗装新名神高速道路ではコンクリート舗装とアスファルト舗装を組み合わせたコンポジット舗装が採用されている. この舗装方法の導入により, 従来のコンクリート舗装の補修性の悪さや, アスファルト舗装の耐用年数の短さを解消し, 良好な走行性と長寿命化及び高耐久化を図っている. 3.2 法面道路側面の森林には鹿や猪が生息しており, それら野生動物の侵入を防ぐために高さ約 2.5 m のフェンスが設けられている. また, 法面には緑化と同時に動物除けの効果を期待し, 紫蘇などの種が蒔かれている. 3) 3.3 防水工ウレタン樹脂を使った新型防水工ノバレタンが用いられている. 防水性能だけでなく, 長期的な耐久 耐候性にも優れており, 構造物の長寿命化が期待されている. 4. 感想 Previous to this site visit, I have been on a few site visits to tunnels that were part of a new highway system, but never truly appreciated the scope and scale of an entire highway construction project. At the Takatsuki Interchange site, it was very interesting for me to see more aspects of highway construction, and realize the huge scale such projects entail. Additionally, I noticed that for projects spanning over such a wide area, different challenges arise due to differences and changes in the site conditions. Thank you to NEXCO for taking time out of their busy day to show us around. (Lewis) On October 4th, I had a great opportunity to visit the construction site of tunnel and expressway connecting between Kobe and Nagoya with professor Kimura and lab students. This construction site is already about to complete, and they have left only the part of road pavement as the last stage of construction. From this site visit, I was personally very impressed that they have adapted the advanced technologies, installed into the tunnel, such as the movable robotic camera and LED light tracking the vehicles passing through the tunnel, in order to improve the safety of environment of driving the vehicles in the tunnel. (Kim) On the 4th October 2017, we visited the construction site of Shin-Meishin Expressway, linking Nagoya and Kobe. The location for our visit is in Takatsuki-shi. Most of the tunnels are already constructed. I was impressed by the lighting devices and real-time monitoring system in the new tunnels. In case of emergency such as fire, the light in the tunnel would turn into red from green. Real-time monitoring is done by the automatic moving camera. I enjoy this site visit very much, as I learn new design and technology in construction of tunnels. (Li)
4 I observed the new construction techniques of installing a smart remote camera inside a tunnel which can be controlled to capture the interior part of the tunnel in case of motor or fire accident. I found this technology interesting and innovative. It was an amazing experience for me because it is the first time that I observe that kind of construction technique in tunnels Finally, I must say I was impressed with the safety level on site regarding the enclosure of the construction site by a 2m high fence to prevent wild animals like antelopes and monkeys from approaching and disturbing or causing accidents during or after working hours. (Teshounkong) This site visit has been a great opportunity for me to see how civil engineering constructions are managed in Japan. The complexity of this project have required a team work of human resources of various expertise. I have been impressed by the number of devices and technology which equipped this highway. Also I realized that it was a great idea to add some led coloring light to assist drivers and give them information about the security of tunnels. This idea will reduce the number of accident due to the crowding or due to a third party incident. I am grateful to the staff of the company who made this visit possible. (Sawadogo) 今回見学させていただいた現場では, 供用開始間近の高速道路の本線やランプに立ち, 生コン打設などの作業を間近で拝見するという貴重な経験をさせていただいた. 利用者の安全性 利便性とライフサイクルコスト低減を両立するため, 土木だけでなく情報や電装系の進歩に伴い導入される新技術など, 様々な工夫がなされていると理解できた. また, 同じ 新名神高速道路 の建設工事でも, 本線のトンネル, 高架橋, インターチェンジのランプや料金所と, 様々な現場の風景が有ることが非常に印象的であった. 今後も発注者側, 施工者側と様々な知見を得て研究生活を送りたい. ( 稲上 ) 今回, 神峰山トンネル付近から高槻 ICまでを現場見学させて頂いた. 高速道路の路面の施工及び橋の防水方法等について丁寧にご説明頂き, 高速道路は様々な施工の工夫がなされていると理解できた. また, 新名神高速道路で導入されるLED 照明, ロボットカメラや料金所の平面監視システなどの新技術についても拝見させて頂き, 高速道路利用者の安全性の向上や, 事故への迅速かつ適格な対応が可能になることが大いに期待でき感銘を受けた. 本現場見学で得た知見を今後の研究生活に活かしていきたい. ( 木田 ) 本現場では, 道路としての性能だけではなく交通事故対策や渋滞対策に関しても十分な対応がなされていた. また, 経済面も考慮し, 地盤強度によって路盤の厚みや配合を変えるといった工夫がなされていた. 特に印象に残っているのは, 渋滞対策としてトンネル入り口断面を道路に対して垂直に建設しているものを普段は目にしていたが, 斜め断面にしているという点である. これは, トンネル入り口を運転者にとって広く見せ, トンネル入り口でのブレーキを抑制する効果がある. 無意識の内に事故や渋滞を抑制する工夫が様々な技術を駆使してなされていることに, 驚きを覚える同時に大変勉強になった. ( 小西 ) 今回の現場見学では高速道路の施工の方法だけでなく 事故防止に対する最新の工夫や料金所の管理方法などについて丁寧な説明とともに見学させていただき 高速道路の設計を様々な観点から見ることができた 特に渋滞や事故対策のため トンネル内のランプの色や点滅の速さを操作することで車のスピードを操作するという工学だけでなく 心理面も考慮して考案された技術に興味を持った 限られたコストの中で最先端の土木技術を利用し 構造物を施工する様子を体感したことで土木技術に関する知識を得ることに加え 技術者として生きることの面白さも知ることができ 大変勉強になった.
