The phone number of a taxi is also useful. 持っていくもの What to Bring 国民健康保険証乳幼児医療費受給者証 National Health Insurance Card, Infant & Child Medicare Card 6 歳まで乳児医療の助成があり初診料 580 円だけでかかれます親の収入によっては 4 歳以上の未就学児は医療費の 1 割を支払わなければなりません Children under 4 years old will be charged only 580 yen. Preschool children over 4 years will be charged 10% of the medical expenses depending on parents income. 症状のメモ Notes on Symptoms 受診の時いつからどのように始まったのか熱下痢食欲アレルギーはないか等を聞かれますので症状と経過のメモを持参すると便利です Since the doctor will ask you questions during the examination, it is useful to bring along notes on how the illness has progressed, e.g., when and how the child s symptoms started, whether or not the child has or has had a fever or diarrhea, what his/her appetite is like, whether he/she has any allergies, etc. 院外処方 Prescriptions お医者さんに薬を処方された場合指定した薬局で薬を受け取る院外処方があります院外処方では病院の近くや家の近くの薬局を指定して薬を用意してもらいます院外処方は待ち時間が軽減されます When the doctor prescribe you any drugs or medicines, there should be designated off-site pharmacies where you can purchase them.
