14 仲裁条項 All disputes, controversies or differences which may arise between the parties hereto, out of or in relation to or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in name of city, e.g. Tokyo in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. UNCITRAL UNCITRAL Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. 17 Submission to Arbitration All disputes, controversies or differences which have arisen or may arise between (name of company)(hereinafter called e.g. ABC )and(name of company)(hereinafter called e.g. XYZ )out of or in relation to or in connection with (name of contract), dated (e.g., 20 )shall be finally settled by arbitration in (name of city), in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. In addition to the agreement above, the parties may agree on the arbitral proceedings as follows; 1)Language used The parties agree that the language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be (e.g. English). 2)Number of Arbitrators The parties agree that the number of arbitrators shall be one (1)(or three (3)). 3)Request for Arbitration ABC shall submit a request for arbitration to JCAA naming XYZ as the respondent and shall immediately notify XYZ of the fact thereof. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized officers or representatives.
