Congratulations to you all on being able to play the JPTA ALL JAPAN JUNIOR TENNIS TOURNAMENT. I was fortunate to play many National junior tournaments when I was young and have very good memories of those days. Always try your best, and be the mentally strong at all times. Play fair and play the person across the other side of the net with respect. Very important is to have fun, make friends and enjoy the experience. Be the best fighter on court you can be and the sky is the limit. Dreams do come try with hard work and dedication. Good luck to you all and have a great 2014. Stan the Man Dear Players of the JPTA All Japan Jr. Tournament, Tennis has given me so much. It has taken me around the world and I have been able to experience so many different cultures. I work hard on the court every day and I am going to try to repeat the success that I have had in the juniors on the pro tour. It is important to challenge yourself and to always keep improving. New Generation Tennis Japan Professional Tennis Association JPTA ALL JAPAN JUNIOR TENNIS TOURNAMENT U10 U10 U13 U13 U15 U15 The JPTA tournament was my first experience playing tennis outside the United States. What a great opportunity it was to meet players from another part of the world who share the same love of tennis. There are many experiences and memories I now have that would not have been possible without this tournament. I was able to visit the cities (Hiroshima and Kita-Kyusyu) where my great-grandparents lived. I saw the contrast between the cities of Tokyo and Kyoto. The train system is the best in the world. The omni courts were new to me. Going out for a sushi dinner with some of the players was fun. Even though I am half Japanese, I don't speak the language so we used the language translation apps on our phones. Thank you to the players for your friendship. Good luck with your tennis. A heartfelt thank you to the sponsors, organizers, officials, and staff for making the tournament special for all the players. The Opening banquet and the Closing ceremony ware very special and moving. Thank you to the sponsors for the awards and for an experience of a lifetime. I definitely plan on returning to Japan.
