*, **, *** A Study on the Human Resource Education and Training for Entrepreneurs toward Future Network Society Kunio OHNO *, Mikiko WATABE **, Mitsuko Nishiguchi *** This paper describes the requirement to develop the skills for entrepreneurs in future network society. For future entrepreneurs, skills to predict the technical trend of information technology and to utilize the technology should be needed. The technology will be organized by the business modeling methodology, human interaction devices, and data center network trend. The movement mentioned above will realize to change the relationship between individuals and organization, which may create various business chances for human resources who aim at entrepreneurs. Analysis to develop the skills for entrepreneurs has been tried through Edgar Shein s career anchors, with the possibility of information and network technology application to each career anchor item.
