1 Would you like? 11 Most of kids are so sweet and they really like me. USA/School-KR-SACE/Ms. D.S. ( 07/06 08/01 ) I'm am having a very nice time! Now, I have finished the 6th week of the 9 week long first quarter. I have taught some Korean language including how to say hello in Korean "An nyong". Some of the kids say "An nyong" when they see me. For the Kindergarten, I usually prepare something fun.we have played some Korean games and they have tried on Korean traditional clothes "Hanbok". The 5th and 6th grade students are learning some Korean language. They seem to understand very well and they really have enjoyed "Korean Studies". For the 1st-4th grades, I'm teaching some Korean language also. Most of kids are so sweet and they really like me. Some big kids asked me about North Korea or the danger of war. That's a hard question to answer. August 12th was my birthday. My host family prepared a party with some of the teachers of the Connections school and neighbors. I received some presents. Because of the Huricane "Flossie", I didn't go to school during Aug. 14th and 15th.
I bought a car last week, so I have more free time. The first quarter is finished Sep. 28th and there's a fall break which is 1 week long.
