モデル建物法入力支援ツール Ver.2 では 次の更新を行いました 1 モデル建物法入力支援ツールの裏で動いている計算エンジンを更新 ² 開口部について 建具 ( サッシ ) 込みの評価に変更 ² 全熱交換器の評価法の更新 ² 照明制御のカテゴリを更新 ² 節湯器具の評価法の更新 等 ( 参考 ) プログラムの主な変更点 http://www.kenken.go.jp/becc/documents/common/henkou_160401.pdf 2 モデル建物法の評価方法を更新 ² モデル建物を8から15に拡張 ( 従来のモデル建物も精査して微調整 ) Ø 実際の届出データや標準入力法との比較検証結果を踏まえて モデルの想定を調整 ² 外皮面積の補正を導入 ² 中央式熱源の評価を組み込み ( 熱源機種の追加 ) ² 床面積あたりの空調熱源能力 個別熱源比率を入力 ² 給湯設備の評価における 厨房 用途の面積入力を削除 モデル建物法の計算ロジック等については 建築研究所のホームページにて随時公開していきます 2016 年 5 月 24 日
