If you wish to finish the program early to complete in March 2019, please inform the Academic Services of it. 提出マニュアル / Submission procedures 1. 題目入力について / To enter your thesis title 1 [ keio.jp ] [ 授業支援 ] にログイン後 右下の修士論文題目をクリックしてください Log into keio.jp Class Support then click Master s Thesis Title at the bottom right of the page. https://login.keio.jp 2 まず 提出 をクリックしてください これによって入力が可能になります Click 提出 Submit to start editing data. 2
3 Q1 修士論文題目 ( 和文 ) Q2 修士論文題目 ( 英文 ) を入力してください 修士論文が英語の場合は 英文題目を半角で入力してください なお 上付き文字 下付き文字など web 入力できない文字が含まれている場合は Q3 に word ファイル ( 和文 英文とも ) をアップロードしてください < 注意点 > 全角と半角が混在する題目は 証明書発行機から成績証明書を発行できなくなります 和文題目の中にアルファベットが含まれる場合は 全角で入力してください Enter your thesis title in Japanese in Q1, and in English in Q2. If your master s thesis is written in English, enter your thesis title in English in Q1 and Q2. If your thesis title includes characters such as superscript or subscript which cannot be entered, please create a word document and upload it on Q3. Web 入力できない文字が含まれている場合は word ファイルをアップロードしてください 4 < 留学生のみ > Q4 と Q5 を回答してください Q4 で いいえ を選択した場合 Q5 に英文学位記に記載する氏名を入力してください 英文学位記に記載される氏名になります 12 月 3 日 ( 月 ) までに学生課学事担当窓口にパスポートを持参してください Answer Q4 and Q5 only if you are an international students. If you answer "No" in Q4, then enter your new diploma name in Q5. The same name will appear on your diploma. You should also bring your passport to the Office of Student Services (Academic Services) by Monday, December 3. 3
5 入力後 提出確認画面へ ボタンをクリックしてください After you have finished editing data, click Confirm. 6 入力内容を確認した後 提出 ボタンをクリックしてください Confirm the data you entered, then click Submit. 7 これで提出は完了です 提出期限後 指導教員が [ 授業支援 ] 上で承認すると確定となります Submission of your thesis title is completed. Your thesis title will be confirmed after being approved by your research advisor. 4
2. 題目修正について / To revise the thesis title you entered 1 提出期限前であれば何度でも修正は可能です 右下の修士論文題目をクリックしてください その後は上記 1 の 2 以降と同様です You can revise the data any number of times before submission. Click Master s Thesis Title at the bottom right of this page and follow the same procedures from 1 _2. 2 提出期限後に修正する場合は修正期間内に行ってください If you need to revise the data after submission, please follow the procedures below during the specified period for revising data. 修正期間 : 1 月上旬 ~2 月 12 日 ( 火 )9:00( 日程は必ず web で確認してください ) 修正方法 : 既に指導教員が承認済みの場合は 修士論文題目を 未承認 へ変更してもらってください その後は上記 2の1 以降と同じです 修正後は 指導教員へ再度 承認 していただくよう必ず連絡してください Period for revising data: From Early-January to 9:00am, Tuesday, February 12, 2019 *Be sure to confirm the period on the website. Procedures for revising data: If your research advisor has already approved your thesis title, ask him/her to change it to Nonapproved. Then follow the same procedures from 2_1. After you have revised the data, be sure to contact your research advisor to approve your thesis title again. 5

Approval from your research advisor is not necessary for the thesis in a pdf format. <Note> Since this PDF version will be uploaded and published through Media Center, please submit the final version of your thesis. The thesis title must be EXACTLY identical with the one you declared in the title online. Thesis in a pdf format must be arranged in order of "Title Page", "Abstract" and "Text". Abstract in a pdf format must be arranged in order of "Title Page" and "Abstract". If the file is damaged or garbled, your thesis will not be published even you want to get it published. 7
