Town Map Spa The hot spring is open from 8AM to 3AM 17 17 353 Hospitals Taxi companies Shuttle bus A shuttle bus between the town and venue will be running constantly from 3:00 pm on Saturday the 13th to 8:00 pm on Monday the 15th. It takes around 20 minutes from venue to town. Check at the gate to see which hospitals are open on the weekend.
Parking 1 2 3 To prevent parking confusion, parking at this year s event is ticketed. * Access to Parking Lots #1 and #2: Parking ticket required (these are SOLD OUT). * There is NO RE-ENTRY for Parking Lots #1 and #2. If you have a ticket but leave during the event, you will have to park in Parking Lot #3 on your return. * Please drive slowly and carefully along the road to the venue. * Access to Parking Lot #3 (close to the Prince Hotel): Free. * From Parking Lot #3, there is a shuttle bus to the venue. During the day, the forest boardwalk path to the venue is also open. This lovely walk is around 30 minutes.
Floor Map The shuttle bus leaves from here. There is no re-entry for cars after you park in Parking Lots #1 and #2. To get back and forth from the venue to town, please use the free shuttle bus. Please don't throw away your cigarette butts on the floor. Lost & Found is here. * We cannot reissue lost wristbands. Please don t take them off. * Please do not bring any pets to the dance floor. * Also do not bring djembes, drums, or any other musical instruments onto the floor. We make the music. * Do not film the dance floor or the stage. It is a violation of people s space and privacy. Don't wash things with the water next to the toilets. Please wash all eating utensils in the sinks in the BBQ area. Kids Space is here. Entering the river area is dangerous and strictly prohibited by the local authorities. No independent sound systems are allowed. * Please camp in the designated areas. * Open flames are strictly prohibited in the camp area. * Please use the BBQ area for all cooking. * Please remove all camping pegs from the ground when you pack up your tents Natural Disasters The event will normally carry on in the case of rain, of which there is no shortage in Japan, but there is a chance of the event stopping temporarily or getting canceled because of typhoon winds or lightning. Significant rain can lead to the risk of landslides or the river overflowing. We are not responsible for injuries or loss of life in the case of such disasters. If the event is suspended or cancelled, please closely follow staff instructions.
Eco Station Please follow these guidelines for the separation of garbage: 1 2 3 4 5 BURNABLE CANS PET BOTTLES CARDBOARD STYROFOAM Burnable waste includes vinyl and plastic. Cans is only for beverage cans. We cannot accept gas cans. You need to take these back with you. Please take off the caps from plastic pet bottles. Corrugated cardboard for boxes, etc. Styrofoam does not go in the burnables section. * We cannot accept glass bottles, gas cans, or large items (such as camping chairs or tents). These items you must bring back with you. * Please follow the above rules carefully. The local area takes separation of garbage very seriously. * We will distribute plastic bags for garbage at the Eco Station. * The Eco Station is open until 9am on Tuesday. After that you must bring all garbage back with you. * Please clean up carefully around your tent after packing up. We will clean the entire venue from 9am on Tuesday. Any volunteer help is welcome!
