5. 取 扱 方 法 5. Handling of Operation 5.1 コンタクトのハウジングへの 装 着 ハウジングへの 装 着 は コンタクト 挿 入 穴 に 対 して 真 っ 直 ぐに 入 れて 下 さい (a) 真 っ 直 ぐな 状 態 でコンタクトをハウジングの 奥 まで 完 全 に 挿 入 して 下 さい (b) 不 完 全 な 挿 入 状 態 の 場 合 ハウジングにコンタクトロック が 掛 からずに 容 易 にコンタクトが 外 れてしまいます(c) リセプタクル アッセンブリ Receptacle Assembly 5.1 Insallation on Contact of Housing Please put it straight possession loading slot when you install it in Housing. 5.2 パネルの 注 意 点 顧 客 用 図 面 に 記 載 する 推 奨 寸 法 以 外 のパネルを 使 用 しないこと また パネルの 材 料 に 金 属 材 料 を 用 いる 場 合 コネクタ を 取 り 付 ける 際 パネル 穴 コーナー 部 のバリやエッジが コネクタのハウジングに 食 いついたり または 削 られた りしてコネクタの 取 り 付 けが 困 難 になることがあります 金 属 パネルを 御 使 用 される 場 合 には コーナー 部 のバ リを 無 くしたり 更 にコネクタを 取 り 付 け 易 くする 為 コネ クタ 取 付 方 向 の 面 にテーパーや 面 取 りを 付 けて 下 さる 様 御 配 慮 願 います 5.2 Notes of Panel Do not use a panel with the dimension and thickness exceeding the recommended limits. And, when metal material is used for the material of a panel, in case a connector is attached in a panel, the burr and edge of an corner of a panel hole bite the housing of a connector or are scraped it, and attachment of a connector may become difficult. 5.3 パネルの 軸 ずれ 本 コネクタのフローティング 量 はX 方 向 0.3mm 以 下 / Y 方 向 0.3mm 以 下 です Fig.8の 様 に パネルの 軸 ずれ 量 はX 方 向 0.3mm 以 下 /Y 方 向 0.3mm 以 下 に して 下 さい 5.3 Axial Gap of Panel The floating amount of this connector is X direction:0.3mm MAX/ Y direction:0.3mm MAX. 5.5 リセプタクル アッセンブリの 取 り 付 け 方 法 Fig.9に 示 す 様 に パネル 穴 にコネクタの 左 右 のパネル ロックが 均 等 に 掛 かっている 状 態 で(a) 真 っ 直 ぐにコネ クタを 押 してパネルに 取 り 付 けて 下 さい(b) < 確 認 項 目 > 1. パネルロックに 破 損 クラック 等 が 無 いこと 2. コネクタがパネルにロックされていること 5.5 Attach Receptacle Assembly in Panel As shown in Fig. 9, in the state where the panel hole is panel locked on either side equally of the connector (a), push a connector straightly and attach in a panel (b). <Check Items> 1. Breakage, crack, etc. should not be in a panel lock of Drawer Connector. 2. Pay attention to be locked by the panel. 5.6 の 取 り 付 け 方 法 Fig.10に 示 す 様 に パネル 穴 にコネクタの 左 右 のパネ ルロックが 均 等 に 掛 かっている 状 態 で(a) 真 っ 直 ぐにコ ネクタを 押 してパネルに 取 り 付 けて 下 さい(b) < 確 認 項 目 > 1. パネルロックに 破 損 クラック 等 が 無 いこと 2. コネクタがパネルにロックされていること 5.6 Attach Receptacle Assembly in Panel As shown in Fig. 10, in the state where the panel hole is panel locked on either side equally of the connector (a), push a connector straightly and attach in a panel (b). <Check Items> 1. 5.7 ミニCTコネクタの 嵌 合 方 法 Fig.11に 示 す 様 に ミニCTコネクタを 真 っ 直 ぐに 嵌 合 して 下 さい < 確 認 項 目 > Fig.12の 様 にミニCTコネクタのハウジングがコネクタ 底 面 に 当 たるまで 押 し 込 まれ コネクタが 半 嵌 合 ( 半 挿 入 ) 状 態 でないこと 5.7 Mate Mini CT Connector As shown in Fig.11, mate Mini CT connector straightly. <Check items> As shown in Fig.12, It pushes in until Mini CT housing hits the Connector bottom. 5.8 リセ アッセンブリの 取 り 外 し 方 法 Fig.13の 様 に 両 側 のパネルロックを 押 し 下 げながら (a) コネクタを 真 っ 直 ぐに 取 り 外 して 下 さい(b) < 注 意 > 取 り 外 したコネクタは 再 使 用 しないで 下 さい 必 ず 新 品 と 交 換 して 下 さい 5.8 Remove Rec. Assembly from Panel As shown in Fig. 13, remove a connector straightly (b), depressing the panel lock of both sides (a). <Note> Do not re-use the removed connector. 5.8 の 取 り 外 し 方 法 Fig.14の 様 に 両 側 のパネルロックを 押 し 下 げながら (a) コネクタを 真 っ 直 ぐに 取 り 外 して 下 さい(b) < 注 意 > 取 り 外 したコネクタは 再 使 用 しないで 下 さい 必 ず 新 品 と 交 換 して 下 さい 5.9 Remove PLUG Assembly from Panel As shown in Fig. 14, remove a connector straightly (b), depressing the panel lock of both sides (a). <Note> Do not re-use the removed connector. 5.10 ミニCTコネクタの 取 り 外 し 方 法 Fig.15 及 びFig.16の 様 に ミニCTコネクタを 真 っ 直 ぐに 取 り 外 して 下 さい < 注 意 > 1. 電 線 を1 本 (または 数 本 )のみを 持 ってミニCT コネクタをドロワーコネクタから 引 き 抜 かないこと 2.ミニCTコネクタを 真 っ 直 ぐに 取 り 外 すこと 5.10 Unmate Mini CT Connector As shown in Fig. 15 and Fig.16, straightly unmate Mini CT Connector from Drawer Connector. <Note> 1. Do not unmate Mini CT Connector from Drawer Connector by grasping only one or a few wires. 2. 6.ハーネス ハーネスの 取 り 扱 いは 通 常 のコネクタと 同 様 ですが ミニCTコネクタに 急 な 力 が 加 わらない 様 に 注 意 する 必 要 があります Fig.17の 様 に テーピングはコネクタ 端 より30mm 以 上 離 れたところにして 下 さい 束 ねられる 電 線 に 引 張 力 が 加 わらないようにして 下 さい 特 に 両 端 の 電 線 は 多 少 長 さに 余 裕 を 持 たせて 下 さい またFig.18の 様 にハーネスを 引 き 回 す 際 電 線 が 引 っ 張 られないよう ハーネスを 曲 げて 遊 びを 持 たせて 下 さ い 6. Harness Handling of the harness will be the same with that of common connectors. Care should be taken not to jerk the wire during handling. When fixing the wires, the wires should be given some play and no tention. The wire taping should be made at a position approx. 30mm or more away from the connector end as illustrated in Fig.17. Fix the wires with a tape without putting any tention to any of the bundled wires. Particularly both ends of the bundled wires must be given same slack.
