The promotion of support service for them has been brought to light. To support students who are Deaf or hard of hearing, various kinds of information communication technology can be used and applied to different situation. Using laptop computer to show what teacher has just said through typing is the one simple example of this. Moreover, new technology such as automatic speech recognition systems, remote communication technology have been came up in this field, and the application of these techniques has been remarkable. In this paper, the overview of support service applying ICT is described through two parts. One is the technology used in class to promote real-time communication access, the other one is the technology used off class such as making captioned media or reducing coordinators task. Furthermore, the example in America is also described in this paper. It offers the key to an understanding of Japanese feature of utilize of ICT and the direction what we should do in the future.
