BY-LAWS OF MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY ALUMNI CLUB OF JAPAN Article 1. Name The name of the organization shall be the Michigan State University Alumni Club of Japan (Michigan Shuritsu Daigaku Dosokai)-hereinafter called theclub. Article 2. Objectives The objectives of the Club are to promote friendship among the members and to contribute to the development of MSU. Article 3. Membership All those who shall have studied at or been employed as faculty or staff members of MSU and any person who agrees with the objectives of the Club shall be eligible for membership. Article * 4. Board of Representatives (Kanjikai) The management of the Club, except Auditor, shall be vested in a Board of Representatives to be known as Kanjikai. Chair(New Position).One Vice Chair(New Position for Vice Representative).One SecretaryGeneral.One (Previously called Chief Representative) Secretary (Set this position official).one Representatives Numbers subject to the decision at the General Meeting Auditor (No official appointment procedure was set before).one Article 5. General Meeting The general meeting shall be called by the Secretary General to decide the following items: 1 Election of the Chair of the General Meeting 2 Approval of the Chair of the General Meeting Accounts of the Budget of the previous and next fiscal years 3 Election of Representatives and an Auditor 4 Adoption and revision of the By-Laws 5 Other items deemed to be necessary for discussion
