Abstract To construct the system that promote a interactive method as a knowledge acquisition Takafumi KANAI Recently, it is increasing that a case to raise the productivity by using a information sharing system in an organization. Specially, it is expected that to lead to corporate growth by constructing a spiral relationship with a tacit knowledge that individual a rule of thumb and a know-how and an explicit knowledge that structured information third parties can understand.however, there are the most of unsuccessful case as short a contents. one of reasons which they have difficulty posting a article.
