A Study of the Job of Child Independence Support The Collection of the Job Information at the Child Independence Support Facilities Fumitoki Kuramochi At present, there is much research on the child independence support facilities. However, it rarely asks the truth of the job of the residential social work. Therefore, at this article, by the participation of the worker, tried to clarify the job of the child independence support using the technique of job analysis. Specifically, reviewed about the job analysis as the way, set eight child independence support professions which work for the A home as the investigation object and collected job information. It was possible to show that 18 pieces of set of tasks and a lot of tasks which compose them formed the job of the child independence support as the result.
