3. INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 組込手順 重要 : プリンタの電源をオフした後 1 分以上経過するまでお待ちください 本書は海外モデルの写真を使用しており国内モデルとは外観や標準装備品が異なりますが 組込手順は共通です 3.1 Removing the Covers カバーの取り外し 1. Turn the printer power off and disconnect the Power Cord. プリンタの電源スイッチを OFF にし 電源プラグをコンセントから抜きます 2. Remove the three B-4x5 screws from the Side Panel (L). 左サイドカバーからネジ (B-4x5)3 本を外します 3. From the MAIN PC board side, unfold the tabs of the Blind Plate, then pull and remove the Blind Plate. Align the dowel on the bottom of the Rewind Full Sensor with the dowel hole in the base. Fit the Cord Bush to the Rewinder Harness and Rewind Full Sensor Harness together, in the orientation shown below. Secure the strip sensor (LED) and strip sensor (Tr) to the Front Panel with the PT-3x6 screws. ネジ (PT-3x6) を 1 本ずつ使って剥離センサー (LED) と (Tr) をフロントパネルに取り付けます 5. Connect the harnesses of the Strip Sensor (LED) and Strip Sensor (Tr) with the black connectors. 3.4 Attaching the Rewinder Guide Plate リワインダーガイドプレートの取り付け 1. Adjustment 調整 If the label skews when using the Built-in rewinder unit, turn the adjustment knob of the Rewinder Guide Plate to correct the media feed. The backing paper can be wound directly onto the Take-up Spool or a paper core. When using the Take-up Spool, detach the holder stopper by removing the B-3x5 screw. Otherwise, it may be difficult to pull out the wound backing paper roll. Wind the backing paper onto the Take-up Spool two or three times, then fasten the backing paper with the Take-up Clip. When using a paper core, put the core on the Take-up Spool with the Holder Stopper on it, and attach the top edge of the backing paper to the core with adhesive tape. The Take-up clip is not necessary. This winding method is applicable to the Built-in Rewinder mode. 3.5 Parameter Setting Set the printer parameter in the user system mode to enable the build-in rewinder by following the procedure below. OFF ON Press [DOWN] to choose ON. Press [ENTER] HU CUT/RWD. This parameter is to choose whether or not to use the Built-in Rewinder. When the peel-off module is installed, select ON.
