2 ばら属審査基準 Ⅰ. 審査基準の対象 (Subject of these Guidelines) この基準はばら科 (Rosaceae) ばら属 (Rosa L.) の全ての品種に適用する Ⅱ. 提出種苗 (Material Required) ⅰ) 種苗の形態切り花用品種挿し木発根苗 ( 新苗 cm 角ロックウール ) 庭園用品種切り接ぎ苗 ( 新苗ポット植 ) 鉢物用品種挿し木発根苗 ( 新苗ポット植 ) ⅱ) 提出時期審査当局が指定する時期 ⅲ) 数量切り花用品種交配品種個体突然変異 ( 枝変わり ) 品種個体庭園用品種 8 個体鉢物用品種 8 個体 ⅳ) 提出する種苗は重要な病害虫に汚染されていない十分に健全なものであること ⅴ) 提出する種苗は審査当局が指示した場合を除き薬剤処理及びその他の処理をしていないものであることもし処理が行われている場合はその処理の詳細について記載すること Ⅲ. 試験の実施 (Conduct of Tests) ⅰ) 栽培条件切り花用品種栽培方法施設加温栽培温度設定最低温度庭園用品種栽培方法雨除け栽培鉢物用品種栽培方法施設無加温鉢栽培鉢サイズ号程度 ⅱ) 最低供試個体数特性調査時に以下に掲げる個体数を下回らないこと切り花用種交配品種個体突然変異 ( 枝変わり ) 品種 8 個体庭園用品種 6 個体鉢物用品種 6 個体 ⅲ) 栽培期間生育周期 ⅳ) 調査方法調査個体数は特に指示がない限り庭園用品種及び鉢物用品種は植物体 6 個体又は各個体から採取した部分 6 個とし切り花用品種は植物体個体又は各個体から採取した部分個とする調査時期は切り花用品種及び鉢物用品種は秋の開花時期とし庭園用品種及び一季咲きの鉢物用品種は春の開花時期の花を対象とする (a) 葉と小葉についてのは開花枝を三等分した中央部分で行う花についてのは満開時の花 ( 葯の裂開時点 ) で行う (c) 花弁についてのは八重品種は外側から三列目の花弁半八重品種は花弁の重なりの中間部の花弁で行う ⅴ) 特別な試験特別な条件下でのみ発現する特性があり出願者が試験方法等を添えて申告し審査当局がそれに合意した場合は実施することがある
