2 グラジオラス属審査基準 Ⅰ. 審査基準の対象 (Subject of these Guidelines) この審査基準はアヤメ科 (Iridaceae) のグラジオラス属 (Gladiolus L.) の全ての品種に適用する Ⅱ. 提出種苗 (Material Required) ⅰ) 種苗の形態球根 ( 定植後年目に必ず開花可能なサイズのもの ) ⅱ) 提出時期審査当局が指定する時期 ⅲ) 数量 0 球 ⅳ) 提出する種苗は重要な病害虫に汚染されていない十分に健全なものであること ⅴ) 提出種苗は審査当局が指示した場合を除き薬剤その他の処理をしていないものであることもし処理が行われている場合はその処理の詳細について記載すること Ⅲ. 試験の実施 (Conduct of Tests) ⅰ) 栽培条件特性の確認が十分にできる正常な生育が可能な条件下で実施する ⅱ) 最低供試個体数 0 個体 ⅲ) 栽培期間生育周期 ⅳ) 調査方法調査個体数特に指示がない限り植物体 0 個体又は各個体から採取した部分 0 個とする均一性は供試した全ての個体で判定する調査時期等特に指示がない限り最初に咲いた花がしおれた時期に行う特性表の調査方法欄に記号が記載された形質については下図の部位を調査する内花被片及び外花被片の図示 Illustration of inner and outer tepals 中央内花被片 Median inner tepal 側生外花被片 Lateral outer tepal 側生内花被片中央外花被片 Lateral inner tepal Median outer tepal ⅴ) 特別な試験特別な条件下でのみ発現する特性があり出願者が申告し方法等が十分に提示され審査当局が合意した場合は特別な栽培試験を実施 - -
