Eiichi OHKI Japanese companies are managed by different human resource management of regular employee and non-regular employees. Human Resources management of the Japanese companies are forced to major changes. There are two reasons. That the number of non-regular employees has increased is the reason. In addition, the work content of non-regular employees has become the same as the work content of regular employees is also reason. In the future, in Japanese companies, there is a need to move to a system handled in the same human resource management of regular employee and non-regular employees. When you start to proceed with the migration, you need to start from the employee division system of non-regular employees and grade system of non-regular employees.
