J1 J1 リーグチーム組織に関する考察 松原悟 Abstract J League began in 1993 by 10 teams. J League increased them by 40 teams in 2012. The numerical increase of such a team is a result of the activity of Football Association of Japan and the district Football Association. I can evaluate the numerical increase of such a team at a point called an expanse of the soccer. However, it is predicted that the numerical increase of the team causes a new problem. It is a problem called the decline of the level. It will become the problem of the organization of a player and the company. It is necessary for soccer in Japan to consider it in a new viewpoint about a team organization. In this study, I analyzed an age structure, a position, the place where a player was born, the environment that grew up, the participation situation of the player. This study was intended to discover the new viewpoint that soccer in Japan must have in the future. In the age, three step are thought. I think about the number of people of one team on the basis of 30 people.
