ゼミ新規申請は Blackboard で受け付けます! 次セメスターにゼミ履修を希望する学生は 下記マニュアルに従ってゼミ新規申請を行ってください 現在 ゼミを履修している場合は 同一ゼミが次セメスター以降も自動登録されます ゼミのキャンセル 変更を希望する場合の手続きは アカデミック オフィス HP を確認してください ( サブゼミはセメスター毎に申請を行う必要があります 自動登録されません ) Seminar Course Application will be carried out through Blackboard! Follow the online procedures below to complete your applications for seminars you wish to take in next Semester. If you are currently taking a seminar in this semester, you will be automatically registered for the same seminar for each following semester. Therefore, there is no need for reapplication. If you do not wish to continue your currently enrolled seminar or if you would like to change to a different instructor s seminar, please confirm the seminar cancellation procedures on the Academic Office Website. 1 キャンパスターミナルより Blackboard ログイン画面へ Go to the Blackboard Login Page from the Campus Terminal. Campus Terminal 2 APU アカウント パスワードでログイン Log in with your APU account and Password. 2/6
3 コースから学部を選択し ゼミ申請画面へ Select "2016 FA Undergraduate Seminar Application from "My courses then proceed to the application screen. 4 第 1 希望 第 2 希望 サブゼミまでゼミ申請が行えます 画面下の注意事項をよく読み 申請してください You can submit applications for your 1st - 2nd and sub-seminar preferences. Please apply for seminar courses after reading the notice at the bottom of the screen carefully. i 5 各申請画面に進み 開始 をクリックしてください Click "Begin" to submit your seminar application. i 3/6
6 解答項目ごとに 解答の保存 をクリックしてください 画面上部にある 質問完了ステータス のマークが変更されます Click "Save Answer" for each question. (1) エッセイはワードでの提出となります 下記リンクから申請書 志望理由書をダウンロードして 7 自身のパソコン ( デスクトップ等 ) に保存をしてください (1)Essays should be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Please download the "Application Essay Form" from the link below and save to your own computer (desktop etc.). (2) 志望理由書に必要事項と 志望理由を記入し 自身のパソコン ( デスクトップ等 ) に保存をして下さい (2)Please complete all sections on the form including an essay on your reason for applying and save to your own computer (desktop etc.). 記入漏れのある場合は 申請が受け付けられない場合が有るので 注意すること Please note that if the application form is incomplete, your application may not be accepted. (3) 完成した志望理由書を マイコンピューターを参照 から Blackboard 上にアップロードしてください 提出した志望理由書は 返却されませんので 各自でデータを保管しておいてください (3)Please upload the completed form via the "Browse My Computer button below. Submitted essay forms will not be returned so please be sure that you save a back-up copy. 5/6
(4) 志望理由書がアップロードされたら 自動で質問の保存が行われますので確認をしてください (4)Please confirm that the question is automatically saved after your essay form is uploaded. 8 全ての項目に正しく解答していることを確認し 保存および提出 をクリックしてください 申請受付確認画面に切り替わります Confirm that there are no mistakes in your answers, and they are all saved. Then click "Save and Submit" to submit your application. 申請後 もとの画面に戻ることは出来ません 第 2 希望, サブゼミへの申請を希望する学生は 4 の画面から 引き続き申請を行ってください You are unable to go back to the application page after submitting your application.
