Trimma Toshiyuki SUZUKI, Hiroshi SENOU, Korechika YANO, Shoichi KATO and Kyo YUNOKAWA Three gobiid fish, Trimma anaima Trimma annosum and Trimma halonevum were recently collected from southern Japan. Their occurrences represent the first record from the Japanese waters and the northernmost record for these species. Morphological features of the Japanese specimens of these species are described, and the Japanese new names are given. Trimma anaimatrimma annosumtrimma halonevum.
