わが国における女性管理職研究の展望 Research on Women in Management Positions in Japan Kieko HORII 5 Abstract Japanese society is struggling with a low percentage of women in management positions. The appointment of female managers is now being incorporated into various policies and measures in many other countries, and the trend has its foundations in academic insights. This paper takes a broad look at Japanese studies on women in management positions, arranging and classifying them in order to better consider the ideal course for similar research in the future. A review of the literature reveals that research on women in management positions in this country tends to be done from five key perspectives: (1) factors that promote the appointment of women to management positions, (2) factors that hinder the appointment of women to management positions, (3) social evaluations of women in management positions, (4) effective education and training for women in management positions, and (5) the effects of organizational policies to utilize female talent. It is clear that research from a more diverse set of perspectives is needed if we are to clearly understand 75

共栄大学研究論集 第 13 号 師など専門職の女性管理職を対象とした研究が存在した これらの文献に関しては 専門 職者とそうでない者との間に差異があることを鑑み除外した 3 その結果 抽出された文 女性 リーダー で 13 件であり 女性 課長 女性 献は 女性 管理職 で 31 件 部長 女性 社長 のキーワードに関しては学術論文が抽出されなかった また 女性 管理職 と 女性 リーダー のキーワードにおいて 6 件の先行研究が重複して抽出さ れた そのため 38 件の学術論文を本研究における分析の対象とした 検索により得ら れた 38 件の文献を表 1 に示す 表1 国内の女性管理職研究の一覧 注 1 太字は論文名を示している 78
