Abstract The Hakodate has the town called the western district. The western district is a one of the tourist destinations which represents the Hakodate and a place where many tourists visit. The charm of the western district is originating in a variety of media. In this project, we made with the purpose of founding the charm of own unique and outgoing, and getting to know more people in the western district. Specifically, the purpose is getting to recognize that in addition to the famous tourist destination, there are many other appeals in the western district by looking the video. To achieve the purpose, we decided to transmit the appeal by using a video production. Moreover, we are expecting that people will be able to know the charm of the western district from a new point of view by making the video representation such as not until now. To achieve it, we assumed shooting from a high level to use the drone. We created the seven video productions in the all period. The first content, we created the video Angle with the theme of a variety of animal s view to get the camera technique. To know the western district where we didn t know, we shot from high view and low view. Second, we focused on the history of the slope at western district and created the video production. The histories of three slopes are represented by using some contents such as shadows and water, and it was in the omnibus. The reason that we made in the omnibus, to be easy to understand the connection of each video. In addition, in the omnibus through the book, we produced in the image to know the history of the book. Third, we made a video of the title is What are the traditional buildings?. We showed it in Hakodate traditional buildings Preservation Society 25th Anniversary 2015 Denken concert Breath of baroque by violin and cembalo (hereafter called 2015 Denken concert) on 31 October, 2015. It was produced by focusing on the traditional buildings (hereafter called Denkenbutu) and inhabitants. In addition, it was also what asked the cooperation from city hall people (hereafter called Denken) and traditional buildings County Preservation Society Upon production (hereafter called Matidukurikeikanka). We were able to hear a more realistic voice that how the traditional buildings should go left by performing interview towards the owner. 4th, we made the PV of Soracamera project. This is a movie around the members introduce and BGM in the PV was produced by all members. 5th and 6th, we remade the movies of Angle and Slopes which were produced in the previous fiscal year. These were produced the same theme by using we have learned from one year of activity. Finally, we made the production of a Making video Soracam transition in this year. This video was drawn a retrospective of one-year activities. We couldn t shoot from a high level by using a drone because getting the approval to fly the drone in the Western District takes about one month and need to obtain consent from the people of a large number of residents. In addition, in 2015, incidents by drone has a large number occurs in many parts of the world. So, it was also one of the factors that approval is hard to obtain. From these activities, we could achieve our project s purpose Charm of Western Region attractive to imaging, and transmits. As future prospects, the video is supposed to be for you to use in various situations towards the city hall. Keyword Seibu area, Program, Helicopter shot - ii -
