Abstract In the current elderly, a lot of elderly people have dementia or likely to get it. The elderly and their families suffer from anxiety to dementia. Moreover, about half of the elderly (above 65 years old) who a married couple or alone, and they have few conversations. Accordingly, our group have two aims. One is eliminating anxiety about dementia, and to support the action of the user. The other, a family living apart from the elderly person can take measures against dementia together. For achievement of aims, our group use scrum. It is the agile development technique. And we develop NiCoRe which can do dementia measures while communicating by using photograph. In the first development, we developed the decision support manual application to eliminate anxiety about dementia, and to support the action of the user. This manual to resolve the problem that intention of the dementia patients is hard to be reflected. In the second and third development, we developed factions to communicate with photographs, and to get knowledge of dementia. Families can enjoy using the functions, and take measures with elderly person. The completed functions of the application is the manual viewing function, the communication function with using photographs, and the album function to see photographs.
